Justin: I can’t say enough good things about Ryan and MSP jewelers. Starting out, I knew nothing other than that I needed to purchase an engagement ring so I could propose to my true love. By the end, I felt like a diamond expert and gave my now-wife the engagement ring of her dreams.Ryan was super friendly, informative, and thorough during every step of the process. He walked us through all the different styles, qualities, and values of diamonds and bands. We were able to design a one-of-a-kind custom engagement ring we thought was perfect, and at the best possible value. Or so we thought…It turned out that, after the proposal and receiving the ring, my fiancé had a slight change in heart on the design. This was through no fault on Ryan’s behalf, but rather because her “dream ring” had a last minute alteration she desired. At first this concerned me very much because I wanted her to have the PERFECT ring, but already paid the bill on this custom finished product…Luckily Ryan was able to put me at ease and make it right. We went back to square one at the drawing board, expedited the process, and the finished finished product was absolutely perfect. I love my 2 Brene necklaces, they go with everything and I always get compliments when wearing them. I was traveling recently and had them too close to clorox wipes that leaked and tarnished the chains. Thankfully Larissa Loden were able to fix them for me. They look like new. I called around to see who might be able to tighten it for me and New Gild said they could! I brought it in on a Friday afternoon and the jeweler tightened it while I waited within 5 minutes - they also polished my ring for me - it was just sparkling! - and didn't charge me for the visit. New Gild has a joyful Santa's Workshop feel to it as co-owners, Jenifer and designer/master jeweler Kelsey, and several 'elves' are busily working their craft. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed!

I came into New Gild with a vision and a challenge. I asked Jen to create something for me that to my knowledge has never been done before. She did not disappoint. We went back and forth making sure to give me her knowledge as a professional in designing the engagement ring for my wife. While also being able to treat me with respect when I rejected many rings she brought to my attention. Always striving to work within my budget, she was able to make my dreams a reality. So much so that when it came to the bands I knew that she was the only one who would do them justice. From now until the end of time I will always have my jewelry crafted here. So much talent and professionalism you rarely see.

Mrs. B: A friend and I decided to stop in here for Give to the Max day and Wow! It's a little girl's dream come true. There's a lot of sparkling jewelry, adorable, one of a kind purses, headbands, scarfs, and so much more. The prices are very reasonable and somethings sold are made by hand. We didn't meet the owner, but the lady who was working there was very sweet, caring, and helpful. We will definitely be going back before Christmas and other gift giving events.

She helped me look at different settings and understand what would be the best fit and style for my finger and needs. I had some ideas for bands too, and she picked out options in my style for me to try out before I arrived. We are so happy to have maintained the original look of the ring, and absolutely love the contour band. We ended up recasting the gold into a plain ring as well. It turned out exactly as I imagined!

I cannot recommend Jeff enough. He was down to earth and kind. We did not feel any pressure during the processes. Other stores we visited did not have the same feel Continental Diamonds did. He worked with us to create a custom ring and saved the details for when my fiancé was ready to purchase. I would highly recommending Continental Diamonds.
