Zoey Alch: I don't even know where to begin! From the very beginning Ashley created a sense of calm within the wedding planning process, which is the exact opposite of how most people ever expect to feel. As a person who always wants to know what's going on and be a part of the planning I knew that it would be a challenge to trust someone else, but Ashley somehow defied this. I was able to put my full trust into her and in doing so she created the most magical, beautiful and happy day my husband and I could have ever dreamed of. I found myself trying to find things to stress about because she was so on top of it I had nothing to actually worry about, it was the most incredible year of wedding planning only because of Ashley and her team. Ashley has a strong and talented group of women who work along side her and have shown me and my husband nothing but love and and commitment to also helping make our day perfect. I am in awe of Ashley, her team, the work she does and the experience she creates not only for us but our guests as well. Ashley is strong, kind, resourceful, creative, resilient, loyal and an all around incredible human. October 7th 2023 was truly the best day of our lives and I will never forget the pure joy, love and happiness that was felt by us and so many that day. The compliments were endlessly coming from our guests about the details, personal touches, florals, and truly everything, it was pure magic. I am forever grateful for Ashley and the Poppati team!

Andrew Myers: The attention to detail that Ashley and her team put into our wedding day months and months and months before the actual day is nothing short of remarkable. What we admired most is that she certainly does not just tell you what you want to hear - she gives you the truth. But she doesn't just say no and move on - she is always bringing alternatives to ideas that can bring you as close to your absolute dream as possible. And that is because Ashley has already thought of every possible outcome of every possible scenario before she's even brought it to you. She helped us pick the perfect venue. She negotiated on our behalf countless times. She told us to do our ceremony outside even when the weather was suspect and we were a little nervous. And she was there for every single guest throughout the night if they needed her. Even weeks after the wedding, we had guests texting us and saying how incredible Ashley was throughout the day and how impressed they were with her call to do the ceremony outside - we are forever in debt to her for that. Ashley did what all planners should aspire to do - bring the vision to life and make the wedding appear as flawless as can be to the bride and the groom. Without Ashley's persistence, work-ethic and patience - I don't even want to think about how stressful the entire process could have been. We already miss her and would recommend her to any and all.

I am not the planning or organizing type, and I was completely overwhelmed with everything that needed to be completed, so Ashley and Poppati took care of everything! The only thing I had booked at that time was a photographer, and they not only found all of our vendors, communicated with them, negotiated discounts, but they kept us in the loop as much or as little as we wanted. Aside from taking care of all the logistics, Ashley is so TALENTED and made our wedding the most unique day! Samantha Joy Hart: I cant praise Poppati events enough. Honestly they are a five start team. Being a 2020 Bride was one of the most challenging experiences. We had to change our date 2x and with all of the rules and restrictions Ashley and her team had to basically start from scratch several times. My wedding wouldn't have happened with out all of her help and expertise. She stayed up to date on all the rules and kept us informed and still pulled off the wedding of my dreams. My caterer dropped a month out from our wedding and Ashley was able to secure a new one at an even better rate for us with no issue. The day of our wedding it was so windy and there were challenges with the set up but I never knew because her team handled it and my day was amazing. I've had the pleasure of collaborating with them on countless weddings, and their level of organization is truly unmatched. Emma Foyt: Adam and Christina were an absolute dream to work with from start to finish. From our very first meeting, they were the vibe we were looking for - honesty, transparency, and absolutely hilarious. They provided us with all the tools we needed to plan a wedding - Google docs, vendor recommendations, and even decor like centerpieces, easels, etc.! Once our timeline was finished, they communicated it out to all of our vendors for us. On our big day, they set everything but and even packed everything back up and put it in our cars. We decided on their Day-Of Coordination services, but Adam and Christina were engaged and willing to help us from the moment we met with them months before. From suggesting the venue, to cleaning mud off the hem of my dress, and everything in between they were an absolute dream to work with. Katie Macioch: This review is long overdue, but I had to share how much we loved and appreciated having Adam and Christina as part of our wedding day.We were not having a wedding party, and we wanted our friends and family to enjoy the day without having to help with anything, so we know we wanted to work with a wedding planner of some sort. We had originally reached out to them back in Fall 2019 for a wedding in January 2021. Once we met we knew we wanted to work with them and we are so glad we did. They know so many trusted wedding contacts from around the twin cities and almost all of our vendors came from their recommendations. With everything going on with Covid in January 2021, we decided to postpone a year to January 2022 and they were really a godsend during that time. Any time I had a moment of panic on vendors changing, getting sick, new mask and vaccine restrictions a week before, last minute guest count changes, they were there to help us and work through it as well as just helping with normal wedding questions.We ended up having our wedding and reception at Watson Block for about 60 guests and the whole day was perfect. We truly didn’t have to worry about a thing and we were sad when it was time to say goodbye to them at the end of the night! If you have made it this far down the review and are considering hiring Dos Goats, do it, you won’t regret it. They will help make your day amazing!

Hailey Andrashko-Wilson: We used Dos Goats for day of coordination but they do so much more than that! My husband was unsure about a day of coordinator for our wedding. But after our first meeting, he saw the value they bring. Leading up to our big day, we had multiple meetings to go over details, they gave recommendations, and had a ton of decor we could use. On the big day, I has NO STRESS because of them. They set everything up, coordinated with all vendors, took everything down, and ensured everything went smoothly. I honestly cannot speak highly enough about them. Christina and Adam and a treat to work with. If you are thinking of booking them, do it, do it, do it! I promise, your wedding will go off without a hitch with them!

Adam, Christina, and Jory were all wonderful partners throughout our planning process and during the day-of.Perhaps the best value was Dos Goats' rental items -- we used their lanterns, candles, arches, and I think more? They made up a lot of our wedding decor, and their options are always growing!The planning spreadsheets that they provide are very helpful, though they are a little daunting if you aren't mentally prepared. Some are a little redundant, but they are still a useful framework.Highly recommend their services, and we're grateful to have had them in our corner.

anna king: Dos goats plans was phenomenal! Easy going and so fun to work with. Both Adam and Christina are well networked and we’re such an effective resource in planning our perfect wedding. We chose the wedding day management plan which helped us really know Dos Goats and feel so trusting in their work. Any question, and decor item, any balloon installation they have it, know someone with it or who can do it. Day of Adam and Christina were organized, attentive, and so supportive.

Rachel Klaven: Adam and Christina were wonderful to work with! They won’t be for everyone – they have a very chill and laid-back approach which was a little hard for me to calibrate to at first, but I actually ended up really liking their energy because it helped balance out mine. 😊They met with us a few times before the actual day-of to give us input on the planning, and they answered lots of random questions about logistics, vendors, etc. along the way which was awesome. Another HUGE advantage of hiring them was being able to use all of their decorations for free – this definitely saved us hundreds of dollars. Even the arch was theirs! They were usually super fast to respond to emails. A few times they were unresponsive, but once I would re-send the email they would usually reply right away. Overall I would definitely recommend them if you want a chill and highly experienced duo who can provide a lot of great knowledge and décor.

Jenine Knoll: Absolutely the best planners available in the twin cities. Adam and Christina are beyond organized and efficient; they have great contacts and provide a high quality planning tool. I am a project manager on multi million dollar global programs and I could not be happier with how they worked with us for an entire weekend of activities. My 84 year old mother still is taking about her delight over Adam’s excitement to show her and my mother-in-law the floral arrangements in the reception area. Johnnie Hicks: Rachelle is one of our absolute favorite people in the world. We have been seriously missing her since our wedding ended. She was on top of every last detail of our amazing wedding. She always kept us on track and managed to pull vague ideas out of our heads and create what we couldn’t even imagine. You do need to be ready to do some work too - Rachelle deeply cares about getting every detail right for you so you have to be ready to share honest opinions. We used to get numerous emails and texts every week to keep us on task. I wish there was a Rachelle for our daily lives. Kristen Hindt: Rachelle is amazing! I knew we needed to hire a planner for our wedding the moment we got engaged, because I didn't even know where to start. After speaking to a few planners, we met with Rachelle and instantly clicked with her. We could tell that she was highly organized, was well-connected within the industry and had great design sense. Although we didn't have to postpone our wedding due to COVID, there were many related considerations to navigate throughout the 1.5 year-long planning process, and I greatly appreciated Rachelle's frankness, level-headed attitude and communication throughout.She did a great job tracking and sticking to our budget, and advising us on where we could save money and where it would be best to spend a little more. We were extremely happy with all of the vendors she recommended to us, and she did a great job of tying in the vibe/design of the wedding among the vendors. Creativity and design is not my strong suit, but I knew I wanted a colorful wedding. I really appreciated Rachelle's ideas and gentle nudges when I was having a hard time making the design-related decisions related to linens, florals and even bridesmaid dress colors. We also felt that she really got the kind of event we were trying to deliver for our guests, and made suggestions that honored that vision.Day-of, Steph was very present and warm, and she coordinated across all of our vendors to pull off the day and make sure music cues and other details went smoothly. We worked with them on design, florals, and day-of coordination, and for almost a year, answered every question I had and kept me calm and confident my wedding would happen even as I planned in the midst of COVID. The final day was exactly the wedding I wanted - they completely brought it to life.Specifically, Rachael and Shaley, our floral designer and head designer, made our wedding absolutely stunning. It was exactly what we pictured when we first started planning but also somehow better?! The florals were incredible and every detail was so beautiful and unique and cool.
