She worked with us for about 10 months to help us design the perfect mandap for our wedding and the perfect backdrop for our reception. In addition we had her do the center pieces, a plant wall, a canopy for our entrance, and vinyl flooring for the dancefloor. We would get on zoom calls and she would show us pictures and we were able to discuss what parts we liked and what parts we disliked. She took all those opinions and then designed a mandap and backdrop to our liking. As you can see from the photos both were STUNNING.She is extremely flexible and throughout the process told us multiple times that we could change anything. We also really love plants and Noor created a plant backdrop for us that people could take pictures with. Noor is also very honest and upfront about costs which is extremely helpful and important when planning the wedding. It was honestly just really fun working with her, I had a great time. She's so passionate and artistic. I would 100% recommend that you work with her.

We had to change our date 2x and with all of the rules and restrictions Ashley and her team had to basically start from scratch several times. Initially, we thought we could get away with working exclusively with the wedding coordinator at the venue, but after a few meetings, it became clear that that was a bad idea. The universe introduced us to Ashley, and she took over ever single detail seamlessly. The further we got into the process, and especially in those last few weeks, the more grateful I was for her expertise. We had a general outline of what we wanted, and Ashley took that and turned it into the absolute wedding of our dreams. Our guests still talk about how beautiful it was and so perfectly executed - and it is really ALL to Ashley's credit. Naomi Meulemans: When my husband and I started planning our wedding from across the country, we knew that we needed a planner that would be organized, thorough and share our vision for the big day. I extensively researched planners and found Rachelle to be highly recommended with glowing reviews. After interviewing a few planners, Rachelle's passion and enthusiasm for wedding planning stood out and we hired her immediately. She was ready to get started with a let's get down to business attitude. Most of our meetings were remote due to COVID-19 with a few planned trips in person. Kristen Hindt: Rachelle is amazing! I knew we needed to hire a planner for our wedding the moment we got engaged, because I didn't even know where to start. After speaking to a few planners, we met with Rachelle and instantly clicked with her. We could tell that she was highly organized, was well-connected within the industry and had great design sense. Although we didn't have to postpone our wedding due to COVID, there were many related considerations to navigate throughout the 1.5 year-long planning process, and I greatly appreciated Rachelle's frankness, level-headed attitude and communication throughout.She did a great job tracking and sticking to our budget, and advising us on where we could save money and where it would be best to spend a little more. We were extremely happy with all of the vendors she recommended to us, and she did a great job of tying in the vibe/design of the wedding among the vendors. Creativity and design is not my strong suit, but I knew I wanted a colorful wedding. I really appreciated Rachelle's ideas and gentle nudges when I was having a hard time making the design-related decisions related to linens, florals and even bridesmaid dress colors. I couldn't believe how perfect our fully decorated venue looked when I first stepped into it the day of our wedding.Rachelle also did a great job with timeline suggestions, including breaking up the speeches and doing some dancing before dinner to get the party started! We received so many compliments from our guests. We seriously could not have done it without her - hire Rachelle!

Lisa B: I knew my daughter would need a wedding planner and after searching and calling different planners we settled on Rachelle with Style-Architects Weddings and Events. Rachelle let us know right away that she would not be able to be there on the wedding day but would make sure the day was in good hands and understood if we decided not to hire her. We had a coordinator originally assigned to us, but when one of our vendors couldn't get a hold of our original coordinator, we reached out to SEG and found out that coordinator was no longer with SEG. I wish SEG had been proactive in letting us know when our coordinator left; even though we only had day-of services, our vendors still needed our contact from SEG in the months before the wedding.

She was very decisive, clear, and strategic in all of our conversations, helping us stay focused on the task at hand so I never had to guess on what I needed work on that week or month. Our situation was unique in that we weren't able to plan most of our wedding until the last two months before our wedding date because of COVID, so seeing how fast the SEG team was able to move was super inspiring. They even helped us with little tweaks we made when we changed our vision to host a intimate wedding, like playing "DJ" with our ceremony songs on a Spotify playlist and recording a Facebook Live video so our family and friends could feel like they were there with us on the day. kaitlyn satterfield: When I found out that the hotel required us to have a day of coordinator I was a little annoyed. I didn't think that I needed anyone to help us plan a wedding let alone help us on the day of. Oh, how I was wrong. I was able to plan most of the wedding myself but when we were a month out and Ashley Carpenter stepped in, I could not have asked for everything else. She was truly a godsend. With work being crazy. Having another person there sending all the important emails, making sure I was in the loop, asking me every question to make sure it went accordingly was absolutely amazing. I think Ashley's present the day of is when I truly understood how lucky I was to have her there. Being able to actually enjoy my wedding day is something I will be eternally grateful for the rest of my life. I can look back now and see how horrible different my day would have been if she had not been there. You might not need a wedding planner but you MUST have a day of coordinator. While looking for a wedding planner, I wanted someone who could execute our vision so my husband and I could soak in the day. Court: We hired Lindsay the week of and WOW are we glad we did. I'm not sure what I was thinking not having a day of coordinator. I thought I could do it all then as I met with the manager of my venue and had final meetings with vendors I quickly realized I did not want to be the go to person. I also did not want any of my family members to be that person because I wanted them to enjoy the day as well. Ashley Greene: Yvonne is spectacular! She has a big warehouse full of so many different decor and color options. I had no idea what I wanted and she came through with some incredibly beautiful centerpieces. I had many guests asking me where I got them from because they thought they looked gorgeous. She also had two fake floral arrangements that was set in the front of the ceremony hall and it was so beautiful everyone thought the arrangements were real. The only thing is I wish there would have been faster responses between myself and her, although I know wedding season is crazy busy. She is spectacular, and I would highly recommend using her to create some beautiful wedding decor!
