Quinton Skinner: Nordeast Electric got me a same-day service call, their electrician Jake was efficient and friendly, and they got my electrical box moved and re-spliced quickly. They will be my go-to for electrical work moving forward. I can't recommend Nordeast enough.

Ed Morales: Nordeast came to do a bid on a panel upgrade from 100 to 200 amps. They not only provided a bid but were able to complete the work the same day, in about five hours. They sent four trucks and about six guys to swap it all out.The work looks excellent, the price was fair and the work area cleaner than they left it. I’d work with them again for sure.

Stephen Todey: We've used Tim Kunkel Electric for several projects, ranging from a couple small jobs like re-feeding a dryer circuit and installing an EV charger to a complete kitchen re-wire and service panel move/upgrade. Of all the contractors we've worked with on our house remodel, they've been the best by far. Jack was always friendly and courteous and very accommodating with both of us working from home. They're very familiar with working with old houses and old wiring, so if you've got knob and tube they're the ones to call. They know their electrical code and don't cut corners. Tim's upfront with the pricing and their pricing is competitive.The thing we appreciated most though is we were always consulted when there were decisions to make. Jack would explain the options and give the pros and cons and let us decide how we wanted to proceed. We've been burned in the past by this from other contractors just making a decision that made their job easier but complicated the next steps, so this was really refreshing.We can't recommend them highly enough. My wife and I were working out of the house all while their crew worked on our kitchen electrical, a few random electrical needs to our second floor, and upgrading our panel. Throughout that time they would ask what our schedules were with video calls/meetings and always ask when they needed to do something loud and disruptive. We had thought we would have to have the fixtures taken down, get the pull chain switch fixed in the base, and then have them put back up. Stan Graczyk: The overhead light fixture in my dining room would not turn on about mid day. My dining room table is my home office! After my replacing the wall switch did not solve the problem I called Richfield Electric. They immediately answered the phone and Shawn and another nice fellow were at my door in less than an hour. We had a big job on a house with some very dodgy wiring and they did a great job installing a new box and sorting out our other issues. There was an issue after they left and they came back quickly with to make sure everything was done on their end. It turned out to be a problem on the power company side. Not sure another contractor would have gone through the trouble, but very glad they did!
Amy Stanley: Best experience ever with an electrical company. I needed two new junction boxes put in the ceiling of two different rooms, a ceiling fan moved, and nine lights installed. Two of these were extremely heavy chandeliers. I was given a quote before work started. The price was extremely reasonable. I'm really picky about things -- Donald was able to drop the junction box perfectly in the center of my powder room!! They were very communicative about my options on the other junction box and installed it well. All the work was completed in a very timely manner and they cleaned up nicely after themselves. As it turned out, when I contacted Care Point, it took another hour and multiple maneuvers to fully activate, so Dave is to be commended for not blowing up at the runaround he endured. Bob Brin: These are the folks you want to upgrade your electrical and install your EV charger for a Ford Lightning on a Tesla charger. I’ve used them twice to get the 240V service to the garage; one required a new service to a detached garage and one required some changes to the panel and a long run of cable on the opposite end of the house. They know the process, they’re professional, and they work fast. Plus the inspection goes smoothly. There’s nothing like fueling up in your garage!

Bob Baker: Jesse and his buddy came today to fish a 220 line from one side of the house to the garage for a new ev car charger. Before you judge me it’s to replace one of my 3 V8’s in my garage and it’s only a hybrid not a full EV. Anyways as you can see by the photo the garage is mostly finished and I was a bit apprehensive for running a new line. Now take a closer look….his conduit run and mounting of the box not only exceeded my expectations but I actually think it kind of adds to the look of the garage. After talking to him a bit they are family owned and I believe they are running three trucks. His estimate was spot on, he was able to quickly come out and get the job done and his price was well below any of the guys you see advertising. I officially have a “go to” electrician saved in my contacts…..thank you so much.

Jessie and his helper Dennis arrived at the appointed time and replaced the whole system with a new box and new breakers. Before leaving Jessie and Dennis on the door of the breaker box listed where each breaker was supplying the power to in the house. They cleaned up the mess in the basement before they left and explained to me and showed me how to operate the new system. I highly recommend this company.
