A Sinclair: The reviews are absolutely right, this is the best guitar shop in the Twin Cities! The guys are all knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I don’t know a ton about electric guitars but had one repaired here to be sold later. They got it back in playing condition and sounding amazing within a few days at a very reasonable price. I asked if they’d be interested in purchasing the guitar and they were! I had very little info about the guitar, but they came up with what I felt like was a fair offer after they did some research. Even though I’m obviously a novice I felt like they treated me with respect and professionalism. I’d highly recommend El Diablo to anyone and I would absolutely do business with them again. Thanks guys!

Kris Martin: Very cool shop with local guitars/amps/pedals as well as other brands. They have a good amount of spots to sit and check out gear and the staff I spoke to were polite and knowledgeable. The only downside is that like most other shops in the area there are only a few parking spots outside on the street. Highly recommend if you don't mind a little walking.

He found us a set of used M&H legs and even ordered the leg brackets from the factory. I wish we had bought from Wells in the first place!

Naomi Drake: Wow. Wells pianos has been the absolute most favorite piano store I have ever visited. I visited back in July on my way to a wedding and just popped in to see what they had. Not only was the staff incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, their pianos were beyond words. They had a Bösendorfer grand, but more beautifully they had a Steinway that was more wonderful than anything I have ever played in my life. It responded to anything you could throw at it. You could play and give it all the feeing in the world and it would react to your style. You could pull back that same feeling and it would beautifully mellow out the notes. I talk about that store more than anywhere I’ve ever been to a piano store. That piano stole a piece of my heart and I long to go back and play it again. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and visit that magical place. You won’t regret it!! ♥️

A little Star: It’s a long and confusing process on choosing a piano as a parent who never played any music. But everything changed when I entered the door of Wells Piano at Sunday afternoon before the closing time. Kieran’s so professional, kind, patience to me and my families. I especially liked how he got along with my kid. What’s more, he even recommended a very good piano teacher and a piano technician to us! What I love most about this store is their super fast and reliable customer service. I called them at work, when I arrived at home, the technician had already finished the work and left! I wondered about how they could have all 5 stars at first, but now, I would say they should have more! I would give Kieran and his store 100 stars if I could! Definitely recommended!!!

Beulah Verdell: It is a street level business that is on Washington Ave. It is accessible by the Metro Transit green line and blue line train stops, which stop about 2-3 blocks away, and Metro Transit City Buses, which drop off very close to the store. It is a cell phone, and I believe, a small electronics repair shop. My phone was ready within 1-1/2 hours as promised. Multiple restaurants, some bars, Walgreens, CVS, coffee shops, etc., are within 1-2 blocks.

Maryah Glover: I really appreciated the online portal where I got to see pictures of exactly what the mechanics were talking about without having to go into the shop. While I didn't have anything major done to my car so I cannot speak to repair work, this shop has by far the best customer communication of any mechanic I've been to in 3 states. No talking down to you, clear outlines of what they are going to do to your car, no jargon, and just overall politeness.

Anvis Aryavong: Everything was easy at Turbo Tim’s. I dropped off my vehicle. They ordered transportation for me to get to work. They provided updates via text with links to approve or deny the work they recommend. The work that was approved was done in a timely manner. One of the things I had them do was my water pump. About a month later, there was some coolant leaking. I brought it in and they tightened everything up and topped everything off free of charge. Excellent work. And on top of that, every one on their staff is amazing! Great customer service to match their work!
