It's hit or miss so you may need to come multiple weekends to find what you're looking for.If you are serious about finding what you're looking for come before opening time on Saturdays. There will be a line to get into the warehouse.The people working there are pleasant and the experience, even when crowded has always been positive.
Homer Rutledge: . The staff is awesome!Cons: only open on the weekends, the line to get in gets long, but it generally moves fast. Once inside, it can be a bit chaotic.We've been here 4 or 5 times, and purchased over a dozen items.This is an outlet for customer returns, floor models, and/or discontinued items, so you never know what you are going to find. All the inventory is in very good shape, though. Some items have easily spotted minor imperfections, but most look brand new and in perfect condition to me.They are only open on the weekend, and people start to line up 30 or 40 minutes before the doors open. The line gets long, but moves a lot faster than you'd expect. Once, I was as at the end of the longest line I've seen there, and I waited about 30 minutes before I was in the door.Once you're inside, it's a bit hectic. Lots of people scrambling to look through the inventory. Once you find something you want, you flag down an employee who marks the item as sold, and gives you a tag to take to the register.The staff is fantastic. Very helpful and friendly. They do a great job managing the chaos. Without such a high quality staff, the place would be anarchy. Can't praise them enough.Once you've made a purchase, you can choose to have your items delivered

Steven: Deals can be had on quality Room & Board furniture but manage your expectations. 1st, it does take some time to get in the store when they open on Sat and also checking out takes some time. Expect to spend 90 mins to 2 hours here. 2nd, selection varies every weekend so there's a chance you won't see anything good on the day you go and all the hot deals will be gone by Sat afternoon. They do deliver and it's a flat fee no matter how many items so that is a bargain! Don't need to rent a truck and find help to move.

Carla Addison: We did the Edina loop and looked through almost all the shops for furniture. Maya at Crate and Barrel was so helpful and friendly as we shopped with our baby. We found several pieces we loved and for the most part quality seemed to be great. Thank you Maya for making our shopping experience fun and easy and sorry about the baby dropping puffs at the end. I didn't get a chance to thank you at the end as you snuck off. Seriously considering several pieces from here!

Thy Chea: Had fun checking out store. Worker left us alone and not harass us to buy. I search for pillows and worker answer in professional way. I might buy in future visit to MOA if I need anything with so much furniture store In Minnesota.
Kevin: I made a couch order online. They gave me an estimate around one month out, and they delivered right in the time frame promised. The delivery was seamless and the workers were professional and quick. Unfortunately, the chaise was on the wrong end, but the delivery employees put me in contact with someone from Chicago Furniture Warehouse that already ordered the correct one and are making everything right. I would have no problems using them again. Quick FYI - it sounds like ordering online goes somewhere else other than the location at Mall of America, as their store didn't have any record of my purchase.

We weren’t sure about the neutral color for the sofa, but it is perfect against the colors in a quilt. She was very honest when ordering that it could take up to 20 weeks for delivery, however our new furniture was delivered 2 months later. We are so happy with the quality and style of the furniture and will be going back again soon.

Our space was challenging to put together well because of the shape, but Nicole spent a lot of time choosing pieces and layouts to make it work. park prin: I first walked into the IDC during the height of the pandemic and said I needed to furnish a newly purchased townhome, that I knew what I wanted but that I intensely dislike shopping. During the following months Dawn and Denise could not have been more helpful. They not only heard what I was saying, they listened. My time was never wasted and I was never pressured but was shown items in keeping with what I had said I needed and wanted. I do not live in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area so considerable communication took place by phone and email with Dawn always keeping Denise current as related to items under consideration and decisions made while Denise did the same with Dawn. Not once was there even the slightest miscommunication. When we learned due to the pandemic the factory in Finland had stopped making dining tables and chairs Denise contacted someone at the factory to ask if they could please make the one table and 4 chairs I wanted from stock on hand AND THEY DID!!! I was grateful beyond words to think she had done this and that those at the factory had agreed. Three times Kevin and Rick delivered items to my home and each time I was impressed by their work habits. Kevin is extremely skilled/talented and a strong leader and I appreciated how he appropriately mentored Rick relating to why things were being done as they were. Every piece was placed exactly where I wanted and I know had I not been happy they'd have moved them. Whether ordered from Finland or Norway or bought off the floor, I could not be more pleased with the quality of the many pieces from the IDC and as important, could not be happier with the experience I had working with Dawn, Denise, Kevin and Rick. They were exceptional.

Ellen White: I have been searching for years for this piece of furniture. I found it here! I drove four and half hours to pick it up. Within the two days I planned to pick it up I sent many text messages requesting pictures and asking many questions. I made several phone calls and Kathy was great! I even sent a text at 2am asking her something and she laughed when returning my text asking if I ever sleep. The whole experience from the time I found it and made the first phone call to driving off was professional and outstanding. I would highly recommend them. I also bought the art and some decor to make sure it fit in the room I was putting it in.

After I ordered, communication was fantastic. There was a slight mix up about details of my order that was found when the chair was ready to be shipped. I got a call and email immediately to confirm all the details. The chair arrived in Oregon well packaged and I love it. I look forward to working with IDC for future furniture purchases.
Deena Fulton: I live on the East Coast and saw a shelving unit I wanted that was listed at a discounted rate on the website. I called to make sure the product was still in stock and to get an estimated shipping time, and the customer service rep let me know that they only had one left in stock and that it was the floor sample. They went and checked on it and told me it was damaged and they'd rather not sell it given the damage. So in the end I didn't purchase from this store, but I'm really grateful they were honest about the condition of the piece. Without their customer service, I would've just ordered the piece and it would've either been such a pain to deal with an interstate furniture return or such a disappointment to have a damaged piece.
Spencer Strand: I purchased a new home in the Milwaukee area and furnished my entire kitchen with International Design Center teak products. From the dining table, chairs, sideboard and hutch to counter stools it is all quality brand new products. A lot of teak I have found is used, so getting it new from IDC is what I wanted and at a fair price point. The delivery was simple. I paid for white glove and didn't have to lift a finger. I recommend going that route out of state. I had a couple questions once I received the product about treatment and Mark from their warehouse team was very helpful. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for teak furniture.

One of the drawers broke during assembly and the lady working at the customer service counter, Kiki, was incredible at helping me out! She went out of her way to ensure I got all the replacement parts I needed! She was incredibly patient and worked incredibly hard to help me out. I even saw her answer something her coworker was was asking during the process without missing a beat! Get this lady a promotion!
Wren: plushie, and it was absolutely the most comfortable plushie I ever had. Whenever I have the need to stop by and get some new household amenities and furniture, I'll make sure to stop by IKEA. One thing to make sure is to pay with a card, as you're going to be waiting awhile for a cashier if you need to pay with cash.

This was the 4th furniture store I stopped at today.The furniture is well made, you can feel the quality and difference compared to the other stores. The style of it is exactly what I’ve been looking for. The furniture was mostly really comfortable. The knowledge of the staff is unmatched, they’ll go out of their way to help you.My only complaint is the price for the furniture. But I don’t think it’s overpriced, all their stuff seems to be made really well. You get what you pay for and this is definitely not cheap pressed wood like many other stores have.

Emily Bevelacque: I love this place, used to live across thre street and I furnished most of my apartment with their furniture. My current house is still mostly furnished by them. You can find so much qraky fun gifts and quality trend setting furniture at CB2.
Caroline D: , and when I got home 20 min later to meet them at my door after the warehouse called me, they had already left with my dresser despite the warehouse telling them to wait for me! So the shipping coordinator had to track them down. It was a mess.I will continue to shop with CB2 but will prefer to buy floor pieces or pieces that are definitely in-stock at the local warehouse. I just don't trust CB2 on the corporate side of things right now but, the MSP store location is great!

We bought a small coffee table and will be going back for a complete dining set soon. They have a truck that can deliver stuff to your home for a nominal fee.
