I've been waiting on writing this review until I had actually gotten to wear the suit.The experience of having the suit made was top notch. You make an appointment, so you're the only person in the storefront and you have the complete attention of the eponymous brothers. The process of choosing fabrics, features, buttons, monogramming, etc is quite efficient, and I even had fun. I let the Brothers know that I was colorblind, and they discretely ignored anything I showed interest in that was not on my desired color scheme. Both of the Brothers were wearing suits with different features so that they could demonstrate different styles when you design your own suit. I found this incredibly helpful. The whole thing took about an hour.My suit was ready in a few weeks. It fit as expected during the in store try on. The build quality was great and it came out better than I had imagined. Fast forward a few months to actually wearing the suit. I got non-stop compliments and the suit performed as well as expected.The cost of the suit is definitely higher than some mass market men's wear stores or lower end department stores, but it is definitely reasonable. I think cost was very comparable to your specialty stores like Hubert White or higher end department stores, but the product is so much better since it's completely bespoke.I can't wait to wear my suit again, and I will definitely have some more shirts made at King Brothers.

I'm sure the other staff members are great, but Ron is the dude!

Adam Hoffman: Two years ago, I decided to check Heimie's out for a wedding tux after it was recommended by a couple of friends and I could not have had a better experience. I knew little of what to expect going in and Jeff could not have been more helpful and made the whole process extremely enjoyable. He was honest and knowledgeable and spent the greater part of 4 hours fully engaged working with me and my wife to fit the perfect combos.I am writing this review now roughly two years later as unfortunately a dry cleaner lost buttons to a custom shirt I ordered with Jeff. After trying to contact the clothing company directly with multiple failed attempts, I gave Jeff a call down at the Red Wing story. As two years have passed, I doubt Jeff remembers my face or who I am but he immediately went to work to help me find a replacement set of buttons. He contacted the owner of the clothing company directly and was able to get a replacement set of buttons shipped to the Red Wing store. On top of that, Jeff offered to drive them up to the St. Paul store as well as I live nearby... not to mention it was Christmas week!I highly recommend checking out Heimies if you have not before!

A lot of stores were still on lockdown and I needed socks and a belt for an event the next day AND there was a certain look and feel we needed to accomplished to go with the rest of the outfit. I got turned away from Macy's and Nordstroms. I got into the door right before closing. The prices are definitely high, but for the market and the products, I cannot say that is inappropriate. I didn't think the accessories I bought were completely out of line on the prices and I got a discount for buying all three. I looked good, felt good, etc.I am interested in coming back to look at more of their blazers/sports coats in the future. The few times I've driven by, I've also noticed clearance racks in the front. I plan on checking those out at some point.

You get to chose from a huge variety of fabrics. They do custom shirts as well. Their suits are manufactured by Samuelsohn in Canada using fabrics from multiple different mills including Loro Piana.Judd and Warren always make you feel welcome and comfortable. Warren made very exact measurements and ensured that my suit fit absolutely perfectly. He also suggested a wonderful fabric I would have never thought of on my own.Watch out for their rack sales too!

lucy allen: Elina is professional, friendly, and incredibly talented. I’m having two wedding celebrations and for one of them I’m wearing a beautiful hand embellished lehenga. When my future father in law brought the lehenga back to the US, the top did not fit in multiple areas and the skirt was unflattering for my body type. Elina and her team worked their magic and now it fits me perfectly. It’s one thing to only make alterations for fit, but Elina takes it to the next level and makes you look and feel great!
