Charles Baker: Had a small print job that I tried to source to an internet print company - fail. Needed to get it done on a Saturday and called Office Max/ Office Depot. White Bear Office Max had the right paper but printer malfunctioned - they gave me the correct paper and sent me to Office Depot in Roseville. The associate at Office Depot immediately printed the job with no problem, and given we had problems at the other store did not charge us. Many thanks for the timely help and creative solution!

Homer Rutledge: . The staff is awesome!Cons: only open on the weekends, the line to get in gets long, but it generally moves fast. Once inside, it can be a bit chaotic.We've been here 4 or 5 times, and purchased over a dozen items.This is an outlet for customer returns, floor models, and/or discontinued items, so you never know what you are going to find. All the inventory is in very good shape, though. Some items have easily spotted minor imperfections, but most look brand new and in perfect condition to me.They are only open on the weekend, and people start to line up 30 or 40 minutes before the doors open. The line gets long, but moves a lot faster than you'd expect. Once, I was as at the end of the longest line I've seen there, and I waited about 30 minutes before I was in the door.Once you're inside, it's a bit hectic. Lots of people scrambling to look through the inventory. Once you find something you want, you flag down an employee who marks the item as sold, and gives you a tag to take to the register.The staff is fantastic. Very helpful and friendly. They do a great job managing the chaos. Without such a high quality staff, the place would be anarchy. Can't praise them enough.Once you've made a purchase, you can choose to have your items delivered

Steven: Deals can be had on quality Room & Board furniture but manage your expectations. 1st, it does take some time to get in the store when they open on Sat and also checking out takes some time. Expect to spend 90 mins to 2 hours here. 2nd, selection varies every weekend so there's a chance you won't see anything good on the day you go and all the hot deals will be gone by Sat afternoon. They do deliver and it's a flat fee no matter how many items so that is a bargain! Don't need to rent a truck and find help to move.

She knew which Hom Depot store sells them because when she goes to other Hom Depot stores when she is near them and checks out what they have for inventory that she doesn’t have at this store!!!Ruth is such a great employee and certainly deserves recognition for her great customer service and subject matter expertise in electrical and lighting. This was the 4th furniture store I stopped at today.The furniture is well made, you can feel the quality and difference compared to the other stores. The style of it is exactly what I’ve been looking for. The furniture was mostly really comfortable. The knowledge of the staff is unmatched, they’ll go out of their way to help you.My only complaint is the price for the furniture. But I don’t think it’s overpriced, all their stuff seems to be made really well. You get what you pay for and this is definitely not cheap pressed wood like many other stores have.

When I decided to browse around after purchasing my sofa, I wasn’t constantly badgered by salespeople - I was left to wander at my own pace, but employees seemed readily available if I did need help. All in all, a very relaxing experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Jill Barrette: Featuring an impressive selection of high quality billiards tables and supplies, poker and general game tables, and other bar and home furniture, this store is almost intimidating to walk through. I stopped in here with the goal of having a few pool cues fixed, and the staff was friendly and super helpful. I was quoted a reasonable price for the repairs, and the service was completed faster than the expected timeline I was given when dropping them off. Despite being likely a smaller transaction for them I felt like a valued customer for the entirety of my transaction, and was even recognized by the staff when picking up my cues. I would love to come back here for a larger furniture purchase in the future. Plenty of parking available.

Paul Kopecky: Even though my experience with a totally new Peters Billiards must have been substantially different from my father's experience back in the 70s, we must have shared the same attention to detail and level of quality of both product and care evident throughout the entire process of obtaining a pool table. From the salesperson to the installers, these people know their stuff. I tried and tried again to find a less expensive route only to add everything up, including risk, and found Peters to be the best way to go. The installers really took the time to understand how I wanted to finish the flooring and helped think through some room details that I hadn't thought of. Your mileage may vary, but my experience shows why my older brother wanted that old Peters Billiards table that my dad bought all those years ago.

One of the drawers broke during assembly and the lady working at the customer service counter, Kiki, was incredible at helping me out! She went out of her way to ensure I got all the replacement parts I needed! She was incredibly patient and worked incredibly hard to help me out. I even saw her answer something her coworker was was asking during the process without missing a beat! Get this lady a promotion!
Wren: plushie, and it was absolutely the most comfortable plushie I ever had. Whenever I have the need to stop by and get some new household amenities and furniture, I'll make sure to stop by IKEA. One thing to make sure is to pay with a card, as you're going to be waiting awhile for a cashier if you need to pay with cash.

Little did I know that Furnish carries Herman Miller standing desks that you can adjust to any height you’d like. I can stand and mix or sit and mix! I found one and put down half the money. I then woke up in the morning even more excited to pay the rest of the bill. Furnish supports the re-integration of people coming out of incarceration through programs at the shop. Giving people second chances and highly discounted furniture are a win win. Thank you guys!!

I found the perfect chair and desk for my needs. They also sell some random furniture pieces like end tables/chairs/coffee tables along with decor. This is a place to check out every week as they have new inventory often.
