He even walked me through the process!! He answered my 1093939 questions, recommended new laptop brands, and even helped me via text while I was shopping at Bestbuy.Cannot recommend enough!!

He really takes the time to make sure you get exactly what you need and is super transparent about what's going on, what he's doing, setting expectations, etc. He really goes the extra mile - he showed me how I can do something myself instead of telling me to come back and pay over and over, which is above and beyond anything you would get somewhere like Geek Squad or Office Depot. For me, he started out trying to troubleshoot through Messaging to see if my issue could easily be solved on my own. Once it was beyond my talent, I turned it over to Jimmy and he fixed me up within a few days at a reasonable price. He keeps communications going to get it the way you want. Drop off at his 8400 Normandale office was convenient. To top it off.... Jimmy checks in with me two days after I pick it up and asks how the laptop it performing. Again Exceeds Expectations. They showed persistence, patience and tenacity in diagnosing and fixing my PC. I was initially having major boot issues with my Dell Inspiron, which they believed to be an issue with hard drive, and had it replaced. After picking it up, the crashes continued and I had to bring it back in. There was a bit of back in forth as they solved the problem over the course of a few days. I say this to highlight their perseverance in solving the issue, as well as the manner in which they conducted themselves. Every time I came in they had a smile on their faces and spoke to me in a candidly professional manner. They went over and above for me and I am so thankful. With that, I’d rate them 5/5 any day. Adam Crossno: If I could give Malcom more starts, I would. But 5/5 will have to do I guess.I've got a high end gaming computer that was specifically built for flight simulation in the P3D world with PMDG add on aircraft. I started having issues with it and also had issues with Microsoft 365. I summoned Malcom's help for the 365 issue mainly, to help me find the root cause as to why I couldn't reinstall it. Not only did Malcom figure that out, but he also fixed a different issue with the P3D flight simulator application as well and got me back into the virutal skies. Honestly, I thought the P3D issues were going to have to be resolved by P3D support. But Malcom, being the expert that he is, figured those issues out as well. He went above and beyond.Malcom isn't your ordinary corporate IT guy. He's the one those guys all go to when they can't figure stuff out.Highly recommended and I'll be a return customer if the P3D flight sim application ever starts acting up again. This guy knows what's he's doing and will get your machine up and running again, better than it was before.

mainstreettoys: Last Saturday my laptop updated Windows 10 and promptly crashed the system. I was stuck in an endless blue screen reboot loop. Running diagnostics and a system restore still brought me back to the blue screen.I use this computer in business so my panic was off the charts. Not being optimistic about a repair - especially on a weekend - I called Minneapolis PC Repair and within 2 hours dropped the laptop off for repair.Later that afternoon I received a text from Malcolm with a photo of the laptop - booted up - with the desktop as it was before the crash! My greatest fear had been that the operating system would need to be re-installed - which would have made program re-installs a time consuming and cumbersome task. I think that lesser qualified repair professionals would have taken that shortcut, but Malcolm came through spectacularly.If I could give 10 stars I would. Don't waste you time or money with anyone else - these people are the best in Minnesota.
