CRAVE American Kitchen & Sushi Bar (LaSalle Plaza - Minneapolis): what do users think?

Maddie Hasiewicz: Fantastic cocktails! The cucumber Martini and blood orange margarita were so good. Fresh ingredients and well balanced! I ordered the mexican poke bowl for dinner and the fish was very fresh! Very tasty and great portion.Vegetarian options: A whole page dedicated to meat free options!

John Doe: We sat down for dinner at 5:00. There were about 10 people in the restaurant. When we were finished with our meal, the restaurant was entirely filled. Now we know why. Our dinner was terrific. The food was great and our server, Keegan, was wonderful. He checked in on us through out the course of our meal. Many restaurants have great food, but it’s people like Keegan that keep people coming back.

Patrick Thompson: First time here and a great experience! Super cool place, awesome decor and environment. Overall felt very upscale but not pretentious, service was fantastic by all. Everyone was very courteous and polite, very attentive. Drink and food times were quite quick.Food was delicious, had Chicken and Avocado Eggrolls for an appetizer, steak and walleye entrees then a cookies and cream cake for dessert. Steaks were cooked just right, meal additions were handled accurately, everything was delicious, plus portion sizes did not lack, we all happily struggled to finish our plates. They surprised our daughter with a candle for fun which she was sooo excited about.

Drake Friesen: Awesome concert venue

Jessica Husted: Such a great date place. The ambiance is romantic. The lights are dim and the music is great. The food came out very quickly. We had the cauliflower appetizer, which was great. The beet salad was DELICIOUS! The chimichuri steak was good but had very little chimichuri. Potatoes with the steak were boring.I would definitely recommend this for a date night.

Owamni by The Sioux Chef: what do users think?

Brad Adams: . I would say it's the most woke restaurant I've been to in my life.Between the uniform/shirts with hashtag anti-colonialism slogans, a story on the back of the menus about how, what we call Americans have ruined the Indian Nation, it's a little over the top with negativity. We decided to go to the restaurant because it was a cool concept to eat really good food made with ingredients back during the Indian Nation time when some of the ingredients we are used to today were not available. From that standpoint, it was an interesting, creative, and fun meal. The staff was very nice, very informative, very willing to help explain the menu and suggest good things. The restaurant is situated beautifully on the Mississippi River with fantastic views. It's also located in a historic milling building with Old Woods bricks and historic steel. In terms of taste, obviously, with a limited selection of ingredients, come with it a limited menu of tasty options. Does the chef do a fantastic job with the ingredients he uses? Yes!. It was fun and interesting to try it all. Can I go out and eat "colonizer" food that tastes far better, absolutely, but that's not the point of going to the restaurant. They add a 13% service charge on top of the bill that they state by Minnesota law is not considered a tip to help their staff and all of the minority based causes and suppliers of their business.Their wines are very expensive and unknown, so if you want to pair with a nice wine, if they allow it you may want to bring your own.We tried the items in my photos along with the Bison Taco, which was pretty darn good, and the corn chowder, which was also good

Lindsey Hiner: All of the beverages they offer are from BIPOC or women-run businesses... So cool!!We tried 4 plant dishes and two tacos: one bison and one elk. Everything was so delicious! The wild rice was truly special

Michael Brewer: to move my son out of his dorm on UofM campus. I had been wanting to try Owamni since he enrolled here. Being from out of state, I took my chances and went alone to Owamni this evening. Despite their full booking, I was seated immediately at the bar, which in my opinion is the best way to enjoy the experience on offer here, which in this case was their spring menu

Micah Turner: We loved working with Unique Dining for our wedding catering. Amanda was super helpful in having us pick out our food and provided us with lots of great options. The onsite roasting was a plus!

South Glen Farm: UDE is one of our exclusive caterers at our barn wedding venue. We appreciate that they show up on time, serve great hot meals, have smiling faces and keep the whole barn clean.Thank you,Sherry/South Glen farm

Rachel Minks: ! Additionally, the Unique team worked hard and was very professional and friendly. All around, our party was a SUCCESS. Thanks Unique!

Rachel Ball: We recently had Unique Dining Catering cater our wedding and they were wonderful. Working with them was very easy and the process was smooth. The day of our wedding they set-up with such professionalism and stealth, making dinner a beautiful experience for all our guests.Throughout the evening we kept getting compliment over compliment on the food too! Our DJ even came-up to us and said it was the best chicken he's ever had. Great experience overall, they helped make our wedding day perfect.

The Enters: Used them for our wedding and they were amazing! Amanda was so knowledgeable and lovely to work with, always answering all my questions so fast and detailed. Food is delish and staff is professional. I highly recommend to anyone!

Alyssa Haggerty: . UDE was also flexible and accommodating when there were changes to our day of timeline which reduced the number of headaches I had to deal with. And the day off, our guests raved about the food. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Julie Lien: The wild rice stuffed chicken breasts were amazing and generously proportioned for our 240 adult guests. Great staff too- highly recommend!

Alyssa Christine: Above and beyond catering for our wedding. They made sure the bride and groom had what they needed at all times and we not afraid to go out of their catering duties to make our days as smooth and stress-free as possible ❤️The pig roast was perfect for our barn wedding.

Brooke Donner: Great to work with in organizing the company event. Delivery and set up was prompt and professional. We had the Minnesota Buffet and the food was delicious. The chicken and steak were cooked to perfection. The roasted veggies and potatoes were great. Only minor complaint is the dinner rolls were dry and they forgot the butter. We will be using them again and I highly recommend.

Kaitlyn & Mike Plant: We chose UDE for our wedding at Winehaven Winery. We had 3 choices of caterers and loved the options Unique Dining provided at a reasonable price. Our tasting went well and they were able to apply our notes to make sure the food on the day of our wedding was exactly what we wanted. Amanda was very easy to work with at UDE and was always quick to respond. Everyone loved the food at our wedding and I highly recommend them!!

Erin Olsen: Wonderful catering company, easy to work with and very good at communicating with me. Would hire them again!!!

Brandon Peterson: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueThey catered my neighborhood party. They delivered, setup and gave me a crash course in catered events. The communication leading up to the event was very smooth. The food was awesome and a great value. We had so many left overs that everyone got to take leftovers home!

Abby Anderson: Unique dining catering did the food for our wedding a few weeks ago. They were super easy to work with and let us come try the meal we picked before we officially decided which was really nice. They were very fast to respond to emails or concerns and made any accommodations we asked for. The day of the wedding was stress-free because I knew that they would do wonderful. UDC met my expectations and the food was great and many of our guests commented on how good it was. They gave us any leftovers from the wedding which was awesome after coming back from our honeymoon and not wanting to cook food right away. It tasted good even after being in the freezer for a couple of weeks too! I would recommend UDC for your wedding!

Ellie LaNou: Fantastic italian buffet at my wedding! Especially loved the veggie penne. Would definitely recommend to family and friends for catering needs!

Conga Latin Bistro: what do users think?

Jaque Luna: Comments on the nightlife for dancing:👉🏼 Mainly attended by Latinos: Colombians, Venezuelans, Dominicans, mainly and also Ecuadorians, Mexicans, among others.👉🏼 Latin music, mainly Caribbean: salsa, merengue, bachata, reggaeton, also cumbia.👉🏼 Cover: $35 that includes three drinks to taste.

Harmony Hill: Food is great !! -at a great price! We came from out of town for dinner on a Friday evening and this place was practically empty, but I don't like crowds so that was great for me. Our waitress did not speak any English, but it wasn't a problem. I recommend the nachos and the empanadas!Food: 5/5 …

Foster Birch: One of, if not my favorite place to go out in Minneapolis. I go here often and I’ve never had a bad time. The security and bar staff are great; it seems like they care about the safety of clients and they foster a safe environment. The clientele are fun and people like to actually dance here and not just sit around. A great place to be!

Leila Croy: I hate to even share this, because I don't want them to get even busier than they currently are. BEST BURGERS EVER! I mean hands down delicious and juicy. Service is personable and top notch. Even the host will grab your water and drinks, which shows this team enjoys their jobs and coworkers. Everything I've tried has been delicious and well thought out. From sushi to fried cauliflower to burgers and finish with the tres leches cake.

Kari Taylor: Food and drinks and service are great… will be back!

Sarah King: , the staff are incredibly friendly and professional, and the food is delicious. They do have a parking lot, but it's small and does fill up fast, so you may need to park on the street. It's free, though, so not a problem at all.

The Buttered Tin - St. Paul (Lowertown): what do users think?

Shay Weinschreider: Randomly picked this place to have lunch with my family and oh my gosh. It was soooo good. Tried the banana French toast, hash towns, cinnamon roll, 7 layer bar, and breakfast burritos. Service was quick and friendly. Was a little speedy, but worth it. Only complaint was bacon was a little crispy. No worries though!Recommended dishes Bakery, Cinnamon Roll …

Le Andre' “Radical Ed” Ward: The Buttered Tin provides a well balanced menu combining savory with succulent; sweet with tangy. Upon entry, you are greeted with a warm smile and diverse options. Preparation is fast and efficient. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. The meatloaf sandwich is highly recommended. A good place to visit for the half hour lunch break or the coworker gathering. Stay hungry, friends. Cheers!

failedreference: Edit/Update:We've been back more often than we expected, something or the right combination of somethings brings us back. The weekly rotations have been good with things like bulgogi beef bowls and braised lamb benedict. The cinnamon rolls are as good as we suspected and we highly recommend trying them. We've bought some extra to go for people to try a couple times. As we mentioned before you can try to keep the total price reasonable, sticking to an entree each should keep you just under $20 a person but that's rather tough to do with beverages and all the extra stuff available so expect to spend $55+ for two. Other things to note, it does get busy on weekends and if you're getting a to go order we recommend double checking it yourself before leaving.Original:A good quality, little breakfast place with some deli/grocery items available. The take home stuff is very good as well as the weekly rotations. The normal menu is much more average but there are still some standouts like the pancakes. As a heads up there is a clearly stated 20% liveable wage surcharge and may not entirely go to the staff. It is unfortunate that applies to take out and togo grocery/baked items as well though, and it would be better if the 20% was part of the prices listed. We had the huevos rancheros breakfast and the pig's eye breakfast. The rancheros was good but next time I'd try the biscuits and gravy meal or pancake meal instead of the pig's eye. The ham tasted really good, but was a bit hard to cut apart. Some of the hash browns were burnt, and a few blueberries had gone bad but still made it on the plate. We got a single side pancake to try and the maple bacon butter really adds a nice touch. Get there early if you want some of their drinks or bread loaves to go. Cinnamon rolls looked great as well, things were pretty picked over and out by 1pm. Unfortunately it is pricey by the end of things, it is pretty easy to rack up a bill over $40 without even hitting the take home stuff but it's a nice breakfast treat. As it was we ended up around $66 after the 20%. You can keep things pretty reasonable if you just grab a loaf/slice of bread or cinnamon roll on your way past though. While not often, we do plan to visit again. Most likely for some take out options.

Erica Edwards: This place is great for meetings, conversations, or getting work done. I ordered a BLT without tomato topped with a fried hard egg. It came with a very little amount of mayonnaise on the bread and field green as the lettuce. The sandwich bread was thick and a bit tough to chew due to the hard bacon, making each bite a bit dry. The breakfast potatoes were thinly sliced and tasty, especially with the sautéed onions on top. I also tried the hot chocolate with shredded chocolate on top, but it wasn't my favorite. It tasted a bit watery rather than rich, and it wasn't very hot to begin with.

Patrick Hill: Brought my parents here for breakfast before the drive home. Everyone was very pleased with the quality and service. I've been here several times but having others approval made me write this review. Great place!Vegetarian options: Just ask for no meat
