As a disabled woman, I really appreciated the extra patience that I was given and all of my questions were answered fully and with satisfaction. I liked the fact that this small business is able to treat me like a human instead of another dollar sign. Speaking of small business, I wasn’t charged an arm and a leg like I feel can be the case sometimes…the prices were very reasonable for someone on a budget. Beulah Verdell: It is a street level business that is on Washington Ave. It is accessible by the Metro Transit green line and blue line train stops, which stop about 2-3 blocks away, and Metro Transit City Buses, which drop off very close to the store. It is a cell phone, and I believe, a small electronics repair shop. My phone was ready within 1-1/2 hours as promised. Multiple restaurants, some bars, Walgreens, CVS, coffee shops, etc., are within 1-2 blocks.
