Nicole Crittenden: The staff at this location are amazing, I had a pawn there and when I wanted to pick my pawn up, the COVID quarantine hit, even though they were closed for two weeks and opened back up, the owner was so nice that not only did he not charge me any additional interest during the closure and an additional two weeks they were open that I did not know they were open for, but he gave me a discounted price and over 150.00 off of what I should have paid. The owner made a lot of accommodations for me and I am extremely grateful!
PRINCE: I bought a couple of laptops that they had on sale. That was the best deal I ever had in a pawn shop and I want to say that Carlos who is one of their employee, is awesome. Thanks guys because of you, my school will have some laptops

David J: . Not much of a going out of business sale...But after sleeping on it overnight, I went back the next afternoon to make the purchase. To my dismay, they had sold it earlier that morning.Now, i was slightly devastated. I know, it's only a leaf blower, but I fell in love. I immediately starting searching the internet for another one that would fill that void in my life. To my surprise, Uptown Pawn had just listed one about 4 hours earlier. I called the store and spoke with the owner. He made me an unbelievable deal. I drove straight to Uptown Pawn and brought it home. My hope is that this added addition to my small engine toys will last another 10 years. Based on the service and quality you will find at Uptown Pawn, I don't have a doubt that it will. Thank God for this Verizon store and for the kindness of Van! I recommend this store 100%. Can NOT recommend going where I purchased my apple products. Their employees are knowledgeable and friendly.I went in this past Saturday afternoon. because the charging cord had broken off inside the charging port of our iPad. Paul went above and beyond to get the thing out! Replacing the whole port was more than the iPad was worth and about half the cost of a brand new one. Paul was game to try digging it out with his tools and worked on it for over an hour. There was a chance the port could be damage while he was working on it, but he successfully removed the piece without damage. Very thankful for his persistence! Device Pitstop is our first stop for repairs.
