I cannot recommend him, the products, and the crew more highlyI got a little relief from my sticker shock when a renewal by Anderson independent contractor gave us a bid for almost exactly the same amount- within $1,000 or less than 1%- but after the discounts and credits that Andy told us about, we saved about 35%, with interest free refinancing for the first year. A major expense, but they look fantastic and we are done for decades now.I want to also especially command Sergei and Val. They were incredibly efficient, quiet and clean. Obviously very accomplished professionals. Our home looked better at the end of their work day than it did when they began. They kept me informed, and went above and beyond the requirements in all matters.They were very tolerant of my active dogs, as well as being very friendly and solicitous of our schedule and coming and going. I hope you are fortunate enough to have them as your crew, but I have the sense that whatever team you get will do a great job for you.

I had a very tight schedule and he was able to get our window size measured and order placed so fast. He gave me a time table and he kept his word. They prepped the area they would be walking and started right away. Very nice and funny guys. I forgot their names but they are the best! It took about two months from placing the custom order to having everything installed.I Do wish I would have gotten all full-frame replacements instead of some inserts. More costly, but you get a better look than keeping the original sills, frames and trim. This isn’t a negative to Discount Windows - just a buyer option to be aware of.Overall, I’m super happy with the sales process, quality windows and quality installation! Wish I would have done it sooner!

Andrey Guajardo: Andrey is the best. I was well taken care of and the windows were to spec. I was nervous about the price when I first got it. Everyone said it was expensive. Half the cost of Anderson Windows, for about the same product just different supplier.The purchasing process was easy. I took the 18 month no interest, which is aggressive, but the other guy was trying to promote a 5 year 5-6% APR which would make it more than double the cost when all was said and done.Andrey's team was professional, friendly, and did a spectacular job on installation. There were a couple bumps in installation, not the team's fault, but Andrey and his team made sure the installation was 100% perfect and didn't stop until it was.I got 8 single windows, 3 dual windows, and one 3 section sliding door. The windows took about a month to get ordered and about a day and half to install. The door came two weeks later and took a day to install.Two things happened that Andrey corrected right away. One window had a small crack in it. The sliding screen door frame was slightly crooked. Andrey had both replaced and installed at no extra cost to me.That is the least of it. I am so happy with the triple pane construction. This has been a rough winter in MSP this year. Since the installation of the windows and door were in Jan/Feb I was able to see the difference between the old units and new installation. You can feel the difference. I can't say enough about the quality of the windows. And the door is so heavy and seal.My neighbors are even commenting on them as they pass by. All installation for frames, supports, seals, and everything that was done on the installation was so professional.I have some future work that I am definitely going to go back to Andrey for!

The salesman that came was thorough and listened to all of our needs and requests and made helpful suggestions. Helpful updates were provided while we waited for our products which helped keep stress levels low. Once the products were in, the work was scheduled quickly and completed in the time scheduled. The installer was friendly and answered all of our questions. The installer walked us through the finished project to ensure everything as as expected. The end product is amazing and we are so happy and pleased with our new kitchen.

He wasn't pushy. Just took our name and number and had someone call us. The salesman was very informative. Isaac came and did the measuring. He also did the installing. He did an excellent job, installing and cleaning up afterwards. Today our city inspector came and said it was an excellent job. One of the better ones he has seen installed. He was also happy they replaced/installed new smoke detectors in all the bedrooms.

The sales meeting was prompt, straight forward, and fair. Install was a few months later and the team who did the install was great! We have a few friends who have had refacing done by other companies and are shocked by the lower price tag we had for the quality job we had done!
Richard Thibert: We have been discussing an upgrade to our kitchen for a while and decided on resurfacing as our best option. After consulting with several companies we chose The Window Store Inc. The sales process was simple with many selections for colors, styles, and options. Shortly afterwards a representative came out to measure, plan and confirm all our choices would work as expected. We did encounter a cabinet where the door opening was too small for the slide out chosen. The representative took our information back and the team had an excellent option within a day. Once the selections were processed and in stock we scheduled an installation time. The team that installed our kitchen was very professional being sure to section off the kitchen to keep the rest of the house clean. The attention to detail was refreshing to see. It was rewarding to see our vision come to life. We only encountered one concern where a switch for the garbage disposal was in the way preventing a door from being installed. After the switch was moved, a technician returned within a few days to complete the installation and actually resolved another item he noticed that we had not. William Brown: I just had all the windows replaced by Pella Windows. I worked with Chris,Erin, and Derek who was the crew lead that did the install. Chris was the salesperson, who I can't talk up enough. He answered all my questions, came out to my house multiple times to make sure all measurements were correct and to confirm with me what type of windows I wanted in different rooms with different finishes. He was genuinely interested on making sure I was completely comfortable with the order before he placed. Erin who works in their office was my point of contact for setting up the days and times their crew would come out and replace thd windows. Erin also was my POC for any billing questions. Erin responded to all my questions really quickly and made sure I was satisfied with all the responses to my questions and requests. I can't talk Erin up enough either. Lastly, Derek who is the lead of the crew that came to my house to do the install was amazing as was his crew Chuck, his brother and Derek's son Charles. They all were outstanding the quality of work they did was outstanding. They cleaned up after they were done and walked me through my house showing me how the new windows work and so on. As with Chris and Erin I can't talk them up enough either. All I can say is each person I interacted with is a credit to themselves and also Pella Windows. I highly recommend using Pella and asking for the same individuals that I worked, you will be very happy with the outcome.

Guy Beck: With Zen windows we were able to replace with triple pane windows for half of the price that I received a quote for double pane. I particularly appreciated the very detailed line by line quote minus the games played by other window sale schemes of some of their competitors. My windows no longer have condensation during cold weather. Added bonus of providing a much better sound barrier. Highly recommend.

Steve and I found a date and time that worked for the quote, he took measurements, asked about what I wanted for options, and explained their product and process in a straight-forward no nonsense way. I had already received visits and bids from a few other suppliers and this was by far the most enjoyable visit of all. And when the bid came in I was pleasantly surprised. Not only was the pricing the best I had seen yet but it was detailed so I knew where the costs were. Every other bid was just an overall number without any explanation. I placed my order and Steve provided an estimate for installation - dependent on how quickly the manufacturer could ship them. That day came sooner than expected and we were able to schedule an install date. The installers showed up on time, kept me in the loop throughout the process, and did a beautiful job making the new windows fit in and blend in with my 90+ year old house. They cleaned up and the only way I knew they had been there is that I now have beautiful new windows that help keep me cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. We were completely satisfied with the project planning, schedule adjustment for early COVID pandemic concerns, and professional installation phases! Working with Beissel was a pleasure, and with two winters’ experience with our new windows we remain happy and satisfied.It took us awhile to be sure of the approach we’d take for renewing our house’s exterior but when we decided in 2021 to have our original lap siding removed and replaced with vinyl siding we were happy to once again work with Beissel.
