With their help we selected the style and colors of the front door, storm door and exterior French doors that added a touch of class to our home. Photos will never door these justice but we enjoy the warm and soft light from our front door and find in nice weather we open the French doors to let in fresh air. Great refresh for our home.

Aaron Berland: are well made and don’t leak air at all. My home is definitely more comfortable than before. It took about two months from placing the custom order to having everything installed.I Do wish I would have gotten all full-frame replacements instead of some inserts. More costly, but you get a better look than keeping the original sills, frames and trim. This isn’t a negative to Discount Windows - just a buyer option to be aware of.Overall, I’m super happy with the sales process, quality windows and quality installation! Wish I would have done it sooner!

Half the cost of Anderson Windows, for about the same product just different supplier.The purchasing process was easy. I took the 18 month no interest, which is aggressive, but the other guy was trying to promote a 5 year 5-6% APR which would make it more than double the cost when all was said and done.Andrey's team was professional, friendly, and did a spectacular job on installation. There were a couple bumps in installation, not the team's fault, but Andrey and his team made sure the installation was 100% perfect and didn't stop until it was.I got 8 single windows, 3 dual windows, and one 3 section sliding door. The windows took about a month to get ordered and about a day and half to install. The door came two weeks later and took a day to install.Two things happened that Andrey corrected right away. One window had a small crack in it. The sliding screen door frame was slightly crooked. Andrey had both replaced and installed at no extra cost to me.That is the least of it. I am so happy with the triple pane construction. This has been a rough winter in MSP this year. Since the installation of the windows and door were in Jan/Feb I was able to see the difference between the old units and new installation. You can feel the difference. I can't say enough about the quality of the windows. And the door is so heavy and seal.My neighbors are even commenting on them as they pass by. All installation for frames, supports, seals, and everything that was done on the installation was so professional.I have some future work that I am definitely going to go back to Andrey for!

We were completely satisfied with the project planning, schedule adjustment for early COVID pandemic concerns, and professional installation phases! Patrick Hanlon: These guys do quality work, a great price, and are excellent communicators. We did a walk through on estimates. They came back and did a double check on what we wanted once we decided to go with them to make sure we were all on the same page. They laid out a clear timeline on install and the windows and door look amazing! They were fast efficient and my favorite part is that they cleaned up after themselves wherever they installed. It made me feel that they respected my home. I am having them give me an estimate on another rental property I own. Highly recommended!
Family Hicks: These guys did an amazing job! They had to fix a prior contractors job that went south. They recommended full tear outs of the basement windows and we are glad we took their advice. Rebecca Miloradovich: I bought a house that had these 3 season windows but they were older. Michele was awesome at getting us parts: latches, track, clear vinyl, and tan vinyl. She sent helpful videos. My husband and I were able to replace ourselves and we are surprised at how much better they are. In the picture the left is new and the right is old. Since installing the windows, we are able to enjoy the patio year round! After the Derecho, I had the opportunity to meet with clients who had the Amazing EZ-Screen Porch windows and they had NO damage!!Long story short, we had been contemplating doing something different with our screen porch anyway, and the Derecho prompted us to do so.We made the decision we were going to repair our porch and upgrade with the Amazing EZ-Screen Porch windows. Long story short, it took us two years to actually connect with Austin with Amazing EZ-Screen Porch windows. Because there was still a shortage of contractors and construction people due to the multitude of Derecho damage in our community and across the state, we didn’t want to wait any longer on a contractor being available to install the windows.We ordered the windows in the fall of 2022. They arrived late November/early December, and we actually installed them ourselves! It was a bit chilly, but we wanted to get it done before I got too cold, and the snow too deep. My husband, my daughter, and me along with a general handyman installed them in just one day. I’m sure if the weather was warmer we could’ve got it done quicker. It did take us a full day though.

Greg Pfeffer: We had a great experience working with Stone and the team at MEI last year after the hail storms. Unfortunately our insurance company denied our claim and we didn't actually have any work done. BUT! The amount of time and energy that Stone and everyone we worked with at MEI put in over the course of a couple months to try and get our claim approved was above and beyond, especially because it was done free of charge! I'll for sure be working with them after the next storm that hits.

При подписании контракта мы понимали, что монтаж запланирован довольно далеко, но наша установка была отложена почти на полтора месяца сверх первоначально запланированного срока до конца ноября. Как только установка началась, все прошло гладко, за исключением проблемы с балками обода. Руководитель объекта и главные монтажники были обеспокоены тем, что из-за этой проблемы может потребоваться снятие настила для замены значительной длины нашей балки обода, о чем было бы здорово узнать летом, когда мы впервые подняли эту проблему! Им удалось провести ремонт, чтобы мы могли пережить зиму, но, к сожалению, нам пришлось отложить этот ремонт до этого года, когда снова потеплеет. Мы выбрали деревянную отделку наших окон, при которой верхняя направляющая проходит за боковые детали, что приводит к большому количеству плоских разрезов и отсутствию скосов. Предварительно обработанная отделка имела неокрашенные концы при обрезке, поэтому помимо заполнения отверстий от гвоздей и заделки зазоров между деталями отделки, концы необходимо будет загрунтовать и покрасить, чтобы они соответствовали граням. На начальном этапе продажи не было на 100% ясно, что окончательная отделка потребует дополнительных затрат, поскольку об этом позаботится другая бригада. Заполнение и герметизация лицевых сторон обшивки для 11 отверстий потребовало бы еще 900 долларов, и это не включало бы покраску незавершенных концов обшивки. Мы решили сделать это самостоятельно, чтобы сэкономить на дополнительных расходах, но не ожидали, что это не будет установка полностью «под ключ» при столь значительных инвестициях. Ethan Palmer: Shon and Trent delivered the windows and doors to my shop. They were friendly and professional. They got everything placed neatly and out of the way so it wouldn’t get damaged.
William Brown: I just had all the windows replaced by Pella Windows. I worked with Chris,Erin, and Derek who was the crew lead that did the install. Chris was the salesperson, who I can't talk up enough. He answered all my questions, came out to my house multiple times to make sure all measurements were correct and to confirm with me what type of windows I wanted in different rooms with different finishes. He was genuinely interested on making sure I was completely comfortable with the order before he placed. Erin who works in their office was my point of contact for setting up the days and times their crew would come out and replace thd windows. Erin also was my POC for any billing questions. Erin responded to all my questions really quickly and made sure I was satisfied with all the responses to my questions and requests. I can't talk Erin up enough either. Lastly, Derek who is the lead of the crew that came to my house to do the install was amazing as was his crew Chuck, his brother and Derek's son Charles. They all were outstanding the quality of work they did was outstanding. They cleaned up after they were done and walked me through my house showing me how the new windows work and so on. As with Chris and Erin I can't talk them up enough either. All I can say is each person I interacted with is a credit to themselves and also Pella Windows. I highly recommend using Pella and asking for the same individuals that I worked, you will be very happy with the outcome.
