I ended up waiting 2 days for my shower door to be installed. I had no idea when they were going to show up as no one called or emailed me back. Other than that, I’m satisfied with the finished product.

The next day we noticed water leakage and Minnesota Rusco had a project manager at our house within 30 minutes. They determined the issue was not related to the shower install but they stayed at our house for 2 -3 hours helping us figure out what the root cause was. This is definitely a company I would use again and recommend.

They were able to design a functional layout that took into account the odd room shape, low hanging plumbing and ductwork. High quality products and custom built cabinets were used. Kara: Very happy with the product and installers. Communicated great so I never had a question about what they were.doing or when they would be back. Also, very flexible and accommodating. Job should have been done a day earlier but he changed his schedule around so I could order the fixtures I really wanted. The project was to be done on Thursday but because I couldn't get my fixtures delivered until Thurday afternoon, he skipped Thursday and finished the project on Friday! Murtice Sherek: Clear Choice has refinished 3 bathrooms for me. This bathroom re-do included a tub. Dustin Faust coordinated all of the work, including plumbing and an assistant for him. I was informed of dates, arrival and departure times...which were perfect. The work was completed a day early and I was given instructions for when it could all be used. Dustin was SO easy to work with and answered all of my questions. All of the room has been perfectly cleaned as if a remodel had not happened. Give Dustin and Clear Choice 5 Stars!!

Lisa M: Our technician Bruce was right on time, very respectful and friendly and kept us apprised of all his steps as he went along. He kept everything clean, the bathroom was partitioned off and there wasn't a trace that he was there. The tub looks like new, which is the best part!

One suggestion: please warn your customers ahead of time about the chemical fumes...they were quite intense and troubled our tenants a great deal. christopher shaffner: Had Patrick from the tub guys out to spray my tub for a bathroom remodel at my home. The first time somehow had a bit a debris in the finish but Patrick had no problem coming back out to check it out. He ended up sanding it down and re-spraying it. The second time it came out great and when the bathroom is done its going to look stunning. The best part about the company is that even though there was a snag the customer service was great.
