Aric Bertram: Went for the annual art sale. 2023 had 500 artists and 6,000 pieces of art. $2,000 max price, $50 average.

Daniel Appleby: The campus; the studios, the faculty, the students, the Art, are all first rate! And then the is the location. Adjacent to the Minneapolis institute of Art or MIA which is a wonderful art museum, right down down the street from the Walker Art Center which is an excellent contemporary Art Museum/resource complete with the late great Siah Armajani’s fantastic poetry bridge that takes one over and or back from the lovely Lorring Park where there is much to see and do.

kinderhood: They always seem like they are art minded when I see the students.

noreen swan: So much beautiful art to see all for free!

Laura Giovannini: MIA spectacular exhibition on Japanese textiles

Josh Fay: This is my favorite place in the cities. Endless amounts of art. Impossible to take it all in the same day

Levi Purdum: I enjoyed the experience. The staff were friendly and open to conversation. I'm not an artist and certainly an amateur observer of art who greatly enjoyed the leading questions and engagement when offered by staff. In particular the lanky young employee who politely informed me of their water bottle policy before I entered the first exhibit also proved to be a wealth of information. In the very next room another employee successfully challenged me into recognizing a word in what largely appeared to be a jumble of chaos. The statue garden was fantastic and actively enjoyed by children adding a practical value to the inherent aesthetic value.

Immersive Van Gogh Exhibit Minneapolis: what do users think?

RED MAN: Well

Robyn Anne CLark (Qcity Birdy): My stops along the way as I wonder and wait for my future to arrive I certainly appreciate the ability to see new sights

Shea Coghlan-Peppard: Fun experience with the Disney immersion. Made us very interested in doing more. Easy to get to. Decent parking !Did get a little giggle when the Disney villains had their 30 seconds out of the whole hour experience and all of the kiddos had a meltdown. But funny to see how music can effect emotion even without an understanding of context.Great job ! And to the worker who was extremely nervous to tell me they ran out of the souvenir cup. Do I really look that scary or are you other patrons that mean to those people? It’s. Not. Their. Fault. Let them do their work.

Madhu Sharma: Disney immersive experience is great, just go with basic ticket, that’s enough

Cocobella: Most incredible experience ever!! The Disney Lighthouse Immersion was fantastic. What a show! Truly will be sorry to see this close down for good in October 2023. Such a shame to loose an enlightening cultural experience.

Holland Kane: Open space, kid friendly for disney

Vanessa Beltran: Great experience

Mark O: A great date night with the hubby

Patt: So beautiful and empty. Not many people on the night we went which was a Thursday! The kids loved it and was running around enjoying themselves!!! I would highly recommend to parents with children who are in love with the disney characters!!

Kelsey Khow: Better than I expected, magical for a 5 year old!

shane pechacek: The Disney emersion was pretty cool. The light designs on the floor follow the kids around during the show.

Kathleen Super: Amazing experience for all ages!

Mill City Museum: what do users think?

Sandra Pritchard: We thought it would be a quick visit. No, it was well thought out. A 20 minute film on the history of the Mills and Minneapolis. Then the Flour Tower, inspired. I am not going to give away secrets 😁. The whole experience of the Mill City Museum was awesome. It is a must to see. Views of the Mississippi from the observation deck were breathtaking.

Jay Barnes: We had been there several years ago. The museum has grown into a really good place. The exhibits are well organized and relevant to the history of Minneapolis. It was appropriate for mature adults and school groups. Parking on the street or in a nearby ramp was easy.Visited on Weekday Wait time No wait Reservation recommended No …

Richard Erickson: Wonderful museum. About 2 to 3 hours for a visit. Great for kids with lots of hands-on exhibits. The flour tower is a cool exhibit. Great place to introduce people to the history of Minneapolis.

Jillissa Molnari: I recently visited Mill City Museum and was amazed by its rich history and unique setting. The museum, built within the ruins of the Washburn A Mill, offers a captivating glimpse into the revolutionary milling processes that shaped Minneapolis into the flour milling capital of the world in the late 19th century. The museum showcases the technological advancements of the Washburn-Crosby Co., later General Mills, and how it brought fine wheat flour to the masses. Walking through the National Historic Landmark, I could feel the significance of this site and its impact on the local community. The Minnesota Historical Society has done a fantastic job preserving and presenting this important piece of history. A must-visit for history buffs and anyone interested in Minneapolis' industrial heritage. The interactive Flour Tower was amazing, including a ride to the top of the mill and being able to see much of the Mississippi River!

Jeanette Taylor: Enjoyed seeing the history.Visited on Weekday Wait time No wait Reservation recommended Not sure …

Samantha Tubbs: If it weren't for the Flour Tower, I might have been disappointed...but it alone is worth the price of admission.

Minnesota Center For Book Arts: what do users think?

Deborah C: Truthfully, I visited because I heard about the gift shop from social media and was blown away. The shop features a ton of local artists, and artists from marginalized communities. They have a huge selection of zines, prints, and greeting cards. I ended up getting four greeting cards and two stickers, but I would've absolutely gone home with more if my bank account allowed for it.

Osman Bayram: Great peoples 👍

Greta Casey: Great makerspace for book artists, library, gathering place for writers, and a nice little gift shop. Added bonus: Milkweed Press!

Jens Holmboe: This place is the best. I have been there twice with my classes and, as a teacher, the experience for the kids is superb.

Chelsey S: Wonderful workshops available from passionate artist professionals. Once you have some experience with the techniques and equipment you can sign up for open ‘lab’ or commit to renting studio time.I attended Marbling 1 workshop with Michelle Blodgett and found it well taught..and the form very addicting!

Seesaw Ching: Love it

Max Schaffer: This place is totally incredible, got an amazing print here I’ve cherished for years and there’s awesome resources for learning all sorts of amazing art styles!

Justin Lee Miller: The best cafe in the neighborhood. Gift shop is nice. Ironically, they don't carry stationary. I guess no one writes letters but me.

Angela Zhang: The set up is very creative and very very nice. The shop is full of trinkets for bookworms and artists. The little zine exhibit there during my visit was great.

rod mason: Printing, typesetting, other book arts

Marti Simmons: Lots of artists and book binders at work. Great store if you love paper and paper arts!

Randy Sims: Sculptures to see in a meditative space that also includes sections of Minnesota meadow native plants.

Margarita Castillo: Nails work very well

Carlos Burns: Very spacious park filled with interesting works of sculpture.

Jeff Collins: Nice place to stroll around and watch a sunset or enjoy the Springtime.

Carolina C: Currently it has a sound installation in the trees that relaxes while the wind passes, it is a nice place to walk and take advantage of the beginning of the good sunny weather.

A2Z REVIEWS: Nice place to go for a walk and enjoy the artwork.

Melissa Hosten: This is a wonderful family spot and couple spot to explore and enjoy! Be sure to cross the street and enjoy the zig zag paths to more sculptures!

James Hemstead: Fun place to walk around and check out the art.

Shayla Nelson: Nice to walk around, Minneapolis classic. Pretty

Kris Pederson Gruidl: Love the renovations...however if it's a sunny day, take care to put sunscreen on the kiddos. People in strollers we're noticably struggling to find a shady place to stop...

Crystal Casto: Absolutely beautiful

Melissa: Always a nice place to visit! Beautiful day.

Felix Phoenix: I love this place during the warm season! The cherry is, of course, iconic and a Minneapolis staple! This is a fun place for family, friends, individuals, residents, and tourists alike. There's something for everyone to enjoy. Go check out the interior of The Walker as well! The sculpture garden is free to the public.Art Fair today on May 11th, 2024 was awesome!!!Dog-friendliness: Dogs are allowed on leashes.

Anthony Urban: @ 1501 Hennepin Ave. S.

Emma Koetz: Excited to start school! Everyone was extremely helpful and answered any questions I had!

Kamilla Harris: I'm A Past Student And A Current Student. I Love This College. Everyone Is So Nice And Helpful. The Staff Is Very knowledgeable And Respectful Of My Pronouns And Respectful Of Me As A Person.

Deea Elliott: Staff and faculty is very nice, instructors are very understanding and flexible. Online classes are easy to follow. Very convenient location large campus and they a have basic needs support center open every Wednesday, they pass out food and personal hygiene items. Parking is my only problem here other than that very great school.

Laur en: bad egg teachers

Yarrow LaBeau: and now that I am on my 2nd semester, here's what I have to say.First the bad-The gym is a bit sad. There needs to be more equipment and I heard they used to offer yoga classes but since Covid they have not 😢The staff here are so supportive and it truly feels like this school puts the community in community College. My teachers and admin and other staff have been supportive while I have been dealing with a stalker/abuse situation. I feel fully supported and safe here.I also highly highly recommend the herbalism program because it's one of a kind and the teacher, Erica, is incredibly passionate and enthusiastic about the subject.

Giotto Troia: This review is only for the weight room. The music is horrible. I don't want to listen to jazz music when I'm working out. The attendant on duty said they don't have access to the music... I doubt that. The equipment is a bit old but usable and has a good variety. It's missing some machines like leg extension and some specialized benches. But overall a good selection for a free-for-students gym and convenient if you're already on campus.

Malik McDowell: Excellent place to learn and grow. Great place to update your skills, I would say upgrade!

Sevgi Sezen: Loved being there,Its a feeling to be ready for your new type of life on your career path.Just effort from your side to do homework and then you'll be able to success. My recommendations.

Leigh Miller: I both work and attend school here and I love doing both!!!!!
