Shawn Horton: I ordered a new movement, a crystal, and assorted gaskets for my Luminox 3050, after a battery replacement didn't restore functionality.I can't believe how quickly it shipped! A Friday morning order to a Monday delivery. Very appreciative of the urgency. Now, to get to work on the repair!
Everet Mitchell: I wish Esslinger & Co. asked more customers for their reviews. I have had very great service, response time, and working parts/tools. This business provides very quick response times to any questions you may have and articulate their answers so there is no confusion. I have ordered several things from Esslinger & Co. both for customers and my personal projects.

Jeremy Hetrick: Made several orders with Esslingers from watch movements, tools, to solution for my ultrasonic cleaner and have never had any issues. Never had to deal with customer service. Place an order for what I need, the correct merchandise arrives at my door in a timely manner, no issues what-so-ever.

I was interested in purchasing a popular watch and I put in and order and waited for it to come in.I stopped in a couple of times to check on the status of my order and I ended up visiting with Sarah, Will and Sean and they were so friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable and welcome while I was checking out the fantastic merchandise.Sarah emailed me yesterday that my watch had arrived! I was super excited to pick up my beautiful timepiece. I would recommend to anyone the quality of customer service and the genuine warmth and friendliness of the people there.I will be making other purchases here in the future.

M L: Shawn along with the entire staff at Wixon Jewelers are an absolute pleasure to work with. As customer service continues to decline almost everywhere, it’s certainly not true for this place. Upon entering we were greeted by Shawn who I quickly realized is not just another sales person, but a very genuine watch enthusiast who enjoys chatting about timepieces and life. Many Rolex dealers have a tendency to be either condescending or salesy- neither of which result in an enjoyable experience. There are a few Jewelry stores and high-end watch boutiques in the Twin Cities, but go to this one if you’d rather leave with a smile instead of a headache.

Zach Greenbaum: I was fortunate enough to be connected with Will through a friend. Will took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for, and provided plenty of options. One of my main requests was a watch I had been waiting over a year for at my local dealer. Within 2 months of connecting will reached out to let me know it might be coming soon, and that week I was able to send payment on Friday, and receive the watch the following morning, already set to the correct time, with a handwritten note. I will not be buying any watches or jewelry elsewhere from now on. This was an A+ experience from start to finish.
John Tenwolde: I've worn a Rolex watch for the past 30+ years. Before I discovered Wixon Jewelers in Bloomington, MN, I've always had my watch serviced at the Rolex service center in Dallas. That involved shipping and insuring my watch in addition to an extended period of waiting time. Wixon Jewelers is a certified Rolex service center and their watchmakers work on-site. Wixon's experts are available for questions and their work is superb. They work swiftly and their prices are reasonable. I suggest you give Wixon a try. You won't be disappointed!
