Customer service is responsive, management cares about quality and the drivers are experienced and professional. Aspen seems like the kind of company that makes sure its employees live out the organization’s mission and values. I really appreciate the care that goes into making sure that customers are serviced efficiently and expeditiously. No organization is perfect, but Aspen’s leadership’s heart is in the right place. The bin was there when they told me it would be, and it was picked up when they told me it would be. Staff was always helpful on the phone and quick to answer any questions I had. They were also very thorough about what I could and couldn't put in the bin and what I'd be charged if I did. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who could use their services. Dylan Rosa: Was easy to book online. After roll off was delivered, we found it slightly to close to the building to open the door. We called the number on the side, made it to customer support pretty quick, asked for it to be moved a couple feet to open the door all the way, and they had someone out same day within a few hours after calling. Patrick Miller: I setup my services easily online once and have never had to touch it. They always come, and empty the bins, that’s all I want. There are only delays/schedule changes for holidays, but the drivers should have time with their families, so that is nice: whenever I suspect a holiday is coming up I just check my email to verify pickup is pushed back a day, or I forget and the bins sit at the curb an extra day, whatever. It’s a nice perk that the trucks are never rusty or dirty.

Lisa Amott: Since we started using SWS a couple of years ago, our bill has only increased by approximately $7.00. I feel our yearly Yard Waste fee is worth more than the price we pay. The drivers are conscientious. What I love the most is the newsletter with updates on employees and pictures of the kids and dogs who love garbage pick-up day. My favorite was the driver who has his little dog join him on his route. Thank you for your company, your work, and caring about the communities you serve.
