phed49: Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful. However, I was unhappy with the car I took initially - I felt cramped and had difficulty getting in and out of it - so I asked to exchange it for something bigger. No problem! Lizzy and Jacob were great, graciously helping me out with another car. They couldn’t have been nicer, while also efficient and professional.
Gust Johnson: Friendly service. Helpfully, quickly changed out our rental when first one smelled of cigarettes smoke.

Anita Wilkins: Great rental place but very inconvenient when you wanna catch an early flight on the weekends they don't have an after hour drop box
Kenny: I'm a long time vehicle renter of this place. I have truly never been let down. Very easy place to access by vehicle or bus. The Manager Felix is very professional. Over the years I've gotten to know him, and I can honestly say he has been a man of integrity. I will continue to give my business to this place!
Shane Gill: The staff was informative and helpful getting me on my way. The location is also very convenient for those living in downtown Minneapolis, it definitely beats driving to the airport.
George Lacy: The downtown Minneapolis location is the best. The customer service is excellent and very informative as to what is needed for car rental.

I rented a car and my email was wrong and when i called the customer service number i was told they could not fix it over the phone, so when i returned my car I went up to the counter and expected the same thing i was told over the phone. I was greeted by Noor. He could not have been more helpful, fixed my email and even offered to print out my invoice for me. Noor completely saved this rental experience for me and will continue to only rent from Sixt in the future. Thanks again Noor!
