Andrew Ford: I only come here if a doctor wants labs done under certain conditions since this place is near my home. The lab techs need to understand "sensitive joints", and if they see a better vein they should just use it instead of forcing poking in the patient in the hand or elbow.I have also visited the Urgent Care at this location a couple of times, and have been very pleased with everything.
Annika Orne: Extremely friendly and professional staff. I was seen promptly, and the doctor was gentle and thorough. Excellent bedside manner. It’s never fun visiting urgent care, but my visit was about as painless as possible thanks to caring and capable staff.

Wendy Hyre: Very friendly and efficient staff. The intake process started within moments of my arrival. Health history and vitals were taken by a very personable medical professional. All of this took less than 15 minutes. I only waited 2 minutes for the doctor, an MD, not a PA or NP. The doctor took time with me and didn’t make me feel like a number. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Muffie Taggett: Wait times should be expected for any Urgent Care situation and I think Park Nicollet does a great job providing you with information/options to minimize that time as much as possible. For each clinic, you can check "high demand times" on line before you leave the house and use the "save a spot in line" appointment option that again reduces the time spent in the waiting room. Highly recommend. I've had great experiences with the St. Louis Park Urgent Care Clinic and grateful to have the option to be seen within hours rather than wait weeks to see my primary. Staff is highly efficient getting you from check-in through triage to the actual appointment with the attending. I've had to wait to be seen....but overall care has made the visit here worthwhile!!! Appreciate the job they do.

Brittany Bowling: I had a wonderful experience today at the Urgency Room. From the care shown by the doctors and nurses, the fair wait time, and the overall cleanliness, I wouldn't hesitate to come back for medical care.
Sarah Towles: Excellent experience.I was under the weather, sick enough that I wanted to see a doctor over the weekend, but not sick enough to go to the ER.They currently run by appointment only, which I was able to book same day. Can be done online or over the phone. I booked an appointment at 1PM on a Saturday and they appointment slots available.They operate based on triage, so if someone with a more urgent emergency comes in, then you'll be pushed back.Head and shoulders above the typical ER or urgent care waiting room where you spend hours in a chair.I was given a thorough workup, staff were respectful, and the facility was clean.

Brian Koshenina: Honestly, I'd never heard of this place until a nurse on a nurse help line gave me a choice to go here or the ER. I have Influenza B and I had shortness of breath so I needed to be seen. I decided to try the Urgency Room. I called to see if they had any appointments left as it was 6:30 PM and they closed at 9. I told her my symptoms and the lady said don't worry about an appointment, just come in and we will see you. I chose the Eagan location. I walked in and was told to check in on a link sent to me. I started to fill it out and with in a minute I was told to follow them back. I was led to a very clean, well stocked and equipped room. I literally sat down and was greeted by the medic who was there to ask me questions and take my vitals. He was very kind and professional. As soon as he was done an x-ray technician knocked on the door and walked in. I was then led to x-ray and had a chest x-ray taken. She was very professional and knew her job well. After the X-ray I was led back to my room where my doctor was actually waiting for me?? I could not believe it. The doctor seemed genuinely concerned and asked me a bunch of questions. At that time he was waiting for the x-ray results to come back and he decided that he wanted to look into my medical history just to make sure he didn't miss anything. I know more waited 10 minutes and he was already back into the room. Everything looked good and he told me if anything else happened that I could come back there and to follow up with my primary doctor.I have never ever in my life, and I'm 50 years old, been to a medical place where I was treated like I was the only one there. The courtesy, the professionalism, the attention to detail, and the calmness that they made me feel when I was there was nothing short of incredible. I have general anxiety disorder and white coat syndrome. My blood pressure was normal in a medical setting. That never happens! I was in and out in an hour!I highly recommend The urgency room to everyone and anyone.

Dr. Massey and the medical assistants were attentive and very helpful in stitching up my cut. I appreciated their friendliness too in the midst of a stressful situation.
