Suji Park: Strongly recommend Knowmad Adventures to plan your trip to Patagonia and Rapa Nui and various other cities along the way. Everything was seamless and so well planned - Luke and Collin truly pampered me and I felt completely taken care of without a care in the world except to enjoy all the adventures in each city.There was a driver who arrived without delay at each drop off and pick up point. The guided tours with Katie brought so much historical, social and political relevancy to the cities including finding the best empanada restaurant in Valparaiso.Explora is a definite MUST if you are planning to hike through Patagonia. The guided hikes range from easy to highly difficult/challenging. The accommodations are 5-star hotel and the all-inclusive meals, snacks, drinks were delicious. Everyone would learn your name and personally greet you each time they saw you passing by which made me feel seen and cared for.Knowmad Adventure’s itinerary from arrival to departure; from Santiago to Valparaiso to Torres de Paine to Rapa Nui was seamlesss - without a glitch! This is the ONLY way to travel.I plan to use return to Patagonia within the year to hit more trails and hikes and other adventures such as kayaking, fly fishing and white water rafting and I will DEFINITELY use Knowmad Adventures to help me plan the trip again.Cheers!Suji Park

They provided excellent prep materials and also helped us navigate the travel insurance. Dan Berg: Had a great time in Chile with our trip planned through Knowmad Adventures. Santiago, Patagonia, Chiloe, and Atacama. Great logistic support on the ground with their in-country partner, Trails of Chile. Our only frustration is that they couldn't facilitate some lodging preferences and private excursions which were planned by us outside their package. Nevertheless all arrangements by Knowmad were first rate.

All our excursions were amazing, the sights were breath taking. Our transfers were seamless eliminating our worries when going to our next destination. Our itinerary was primarily developed with the assistance of our trip specialist Krista Erdahl. She did a great job in working with want we wanted out of our trip and making it a reality. We plan on going back to South America with Knowmad assisting us with more travel adventures.

The Yacht, the people, the crew, the drivers, various waitstaff -- everything defied my expectations. Knowmad recommended Hacienda Zuleta on the backend of our trip and wow, I now know what good food really is. I could care less about food and the chef had me taking pictures of everything he made - it was that good! They were so welcoming and getting the chance to speak with the ex-President's daughter was such a wonderful treat. It doesn't feel like a hotel, it feels like someone's 5 star home that is happy to host guests. Thank you Knowmad for planning a dream trip 30 years in the making!

The staff is extremely friendly, competent and responsive.When travel glitches arise that are out of their control Carrousel's experience kicks in. Examples are rearranging missed flights, arranging for the emergency medical care, hunting down luggage the airline has misplaced and such.Carrousel is definitely a 5.5 star agency, meaning their service is beyond the 5 star rating above!
