Carlson School of Management: what do users think?

Patrick Thielen: I studied here as an undergrad, double majoring in finance and entrepreneurial studies, graduating in 2003. I've been back a handful of times. Even 20 years ago CSOM was ahead of the curve in many facets, including classroom technology, clubs/programs, business community engagement, and internship/placement programs, resources, and technology.I still think back to some of the things I learned about business planning, accounting, finance, business writing, communications, and even tool usage like Excel, PowerPoint, etc. It was a really great foundation that I was able to build on, and would give a solid amount of credit to CSOM for helping prepare me for the business and leadership responsibilities I've taken on over the years.

Andrew Moritko: Excellent overall experience and worth the investment for me almost immediately.

Sarah Wang: I really like this building. I can just hangout and walk around. The lecture halls here are really nice. They have like cameras that point at the wipe boards, so the lecturer can show what's on the wipe board. Also, if you look at the posters on the walls, there are events going on with free food all the time! I would highly recommend joining these clubs for the free food. One time someone gave me a ticket for a free wine! I got lemonade instead because I am not yet old enough for wine; I also got these cheesecake brownies that were so good! There are many study places around the atriums and there is also a Panda Express in the basement! This place is so cool and very spacious and aesthetic.

Eli Curran-Moore: 🤵🏼

Kevin Kuhn: Great facilities, excellent administration, and top notch students!

Jane Ahmann: So good I had to spend 4 years here!

Mary Ahmann: Great place to drop a few bucks. 😉

Maggie Ahmann: Kind of expensive but good job opportunities

Everett Brun: Yummmmmmyyyyy

Minneapolis Sailing Center: what do users think?

Yenifer Calero: Очень хорошее место для отдыха и времяпрепровождения.

Frank Marchio: Great sailing school with passionate trainers and the boats are in good shape

Joshua Knieff: Great place to learn and practice sailing skills with tons of support from the staff!

Mike Klein: Great staff and best way to sail in the Twin Cities! I took the Adult Basic Keelboat class and 4 sessions later started taking friends and family sailing, all summer long. Great support from dock masters, shuttling to the boats and warning of storms as they approach. 23’ Ensigns are great for cruising Bde Maka Ska. Can’t wait to try the 420s next summer, maybe a little racing, too. A welcoming community! We’ll worth the membership - sail all you want for one annual fee. Thanks MSC, see you next summer ⛵️

St. Paul College Club: what do users think?

Celisia Stanton: I own Celisia Stanton Photography, and two of my clients held their weddings at St. Paul College Club. This is a gorgeous venue for anyone looking for a more classic and romantic but still very unique feel in their venue. Their getting-ready spaces have tons of magnificent wood detailing and provide a warm feel to my client's photos. One of my clients also took advantage of their outdoor space by holding their ceremony in the yard. I highly recommend this venue to any clients looking for a gorgeous venue with stunning indoor and outdoor spaces.

Janie Maki Photography: I am absolutely obsessed with this venue! I just photographed a wedding here and have only good things to say. The space is so unique and charming. So convenient with space for everything you need, getting ready on site, separate space for cocktail hour, beautiful ballroom with stage, and private patio. The staff at the St. Paul College Club were nothing short of fantastic. They were helpful, kind, and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. Can't wait to be back!

Kay Hoskins: Classy, upscale and historic gem.

Veronica Barnes - Veronica Barnes Photography: I photographed Dustin + Sarah's wedding at the College Club and I was floored. This venue is *so* elegant. The house itself is the perfect backdrop for photos, it's centrally located, and the backyard patio area is perfect for cocktail hour or an outdoor ceremony. So lovely!

Megan Kathman: We had our dream wedding here.St. Paul College Club made for the most STUNNING venue and the team there was amazing. If you’re looking for a venue in the St. Paul area with historic charm, this is it.Team - Tracy and her team were exceptional throughout the whole process answering my every question quickly. They made me feel like my wedding was the only event on their books, which for a bride, was reassuring. We had rented the space starting at 9 a.m. and without even being asked the team started helping set up with flowers, table cards and more. During the reception, they came to check on us multiple times throughout the night to make sure we were okay and had everything we needed – drinks, food, and so much more. They didn’t miss a beat. Before coming to St. Paul College Club, Tracy worked with other venues. She took all the things that are annoyances, problems, and difficult in planning a wedding and made sure that events/weddings were not ran like that here.Food & Drinks – 12/10 – The chef and his team are top-notch. Everyone was served large portions, and the food everyone raved about. Two months later someone was talking to me about the chicken they ate that night, it’s THAT good. They also were accommodating to any allergies and more. We served apps at happy hour which were such a hit too. We loved being able to bring all our own alcohol and worked with their recommended bartending company and everything was PERFECT.Venue – 10/10, the locations, vibes, all of it stunned both in town and out of town guests. Perfect distance to DT St. Paul so did not need to offer transportation, plenty of things to do in the area for out of town guests, and more. Having the entire mansion was also really awesome as we found different groups of guests hanging out in separate areas. The venue is so timeless and beautiful itself that minimal décor was needed which was nice.Transparency – The team is 100 percent transparent. There were no hidden costs/fees or anything which when planning such a big event does put a curve in things, if not disclosed. They also go above and beyond to let you know what they think might be needed given on the wedding size, and more. For example, I wanted two bars and we opted for passed champagne, which was an excellent touch and at a fraction of the cost.

Pat Leahy: The St Paul College Club is an excellent venue for a wedding celebration. They have multiple rooms to accommodate the various settings whether it is reception, bar or dining room. Highly recommend this venue for the close and intimate wedding experience!

Linda Savage: Such a beautiful venue for a wedding! My Daughter was married here followed by a beautiful reception. The various rooms allowed guests to spread out and explore and socialize in various rooms. We began our day upstairs for primping with the hair and makeup stylists followed by a catered lunch for the bridal and groomsmen. A room that was perfect for the luncheon spread was setup and enjoyed by the entire wedding party. The wedding planner in this venue did a fantastic job setting up and flipping the ceremony room and turning it into a reception hall. Everything was sp special and unique that really showed thru in the beautiful pictures we took. The staircase was decorated to perfection and the food was amazing ! Very generous portions that was delicious and an amazing dessert bar setup between the various rooms that gave guests easy access for grab and go. This venue is really a gem for the St. Paul Minnesota bride and grooms. As the mother of the bride, I'm so proud of what our daughter and son-in-law achieved with this very special day!

Nina Francine Photography: was the backyard space where the bride and groom held their ceremony. The light filtering through the trees that afternoon was gorgeous and this is by far one of the prettiest outdoor ceremony spaces I have photographed. I hope to return soon for another beautiful wedding!

Say: Beautiful venue! We had a great time taking pictures with the vintage pieces inside the house. Its overall amazing place!

Connor Lynch: 5 star event space. Historic, elegant and plenty of space. Great for weddings or large events. Absolutely beautiful

Pat Hogan: Wedding reception and it was very elegant

Jeanne Garry: Amazing venue! Historical Summit avenue mansion!!

Marissa Jaskowiak: It's a BEAUTIFUL venue but the parking is awful!

Tom Valois: Hosted ours son's wedding recently. Lovely venue and staff. No complaints, only praise!

The Travel Academy: what do users think?

Jessica Travels: Hi! I am taking the online course with the Travel Academy and so far it’s going well for me!

Ema Carabenci: I am currently a student at TTA and I’m very happy to say that I made the best decision signing up for this school gaining a lot of knowledge, experience from all the amazing teachers I have. I receive training in FA regulations as well as emergency equipment and procedures. I’ve been here for seven weeks and I already received my first job offer. Three more weeks until graduation and I’m ready to take off.Thank you TTA and especially Miss Lynn.

April Nichols: The flight attendant training at Travel Academy is top-notch and has provided me with a kick-start to my career. It has given me the necessary knowledge to apply and interview for airlines, which I wouldn’t have been able to obtain without schooling. The instructors are also very knowledgeable and experienced, and provide helpful training for real-life situations. The curriculum is well-rounded, covering everything from customer service skills to safety procedures. I highly recommend The Travel Academy if you are looking to start a career in the travel industry.

Karlene McLeod: I marvelous time at this Academy too bad I didn't get to get to do any of the traveling but I enjoy myself at the school thanks travel Academy.

Revon Magee: The Travel Academy was a great experience for me. I attended TTA winter of 2018. There I was taught how to conduct myself during interviews and how to adapt in many different situations that can occur in the travel industry. I started out with no experience once so ever in the travel industry but my two months with the travel academy prepared me. The recruiters and teachers are all so supportive and encouraging! Graduating out of TTA I was hired with a regional straight out of graduation to get experience for a year. A year later I found myself naturally having those tools and skills the travel academy taught me interviewing and got a job with a major airline as a mainline flight attendant. I am so thankful for this school. I do not know where I would be without them. Also shout out to my recruiter Elina!

Kate Smith: I attended The Travel Academy back in the fall of 2018. It was one of the best decisions I made. I knew for a long time I wanted to be a flight attendant. I 100% recommend TTA. I had no idea how to even build a cover letter or resume before TTA. They help you with interview attire to preparing for your interviews. Study hard and do your work and you'll be fine. Also stay out of the drama and don't do things that will get you in trouble. Don't skip class unless absolutely have to. In flight attendant training they are sticter than TTA, TTA is to prepare you for the rigorous training. You will make tons of friends and memories here. you do not get an offer immediately do not give up! It took me nearly a year to get a flight attendant position! You'll end up where you're supposed to be and it may take more time. I'm excited to say I'm a flight attendant at Endeavor and couldn't see myself at another company.

ShaySha: Choosing a career of a Flight Attendant could be challenging to get a started. It’s a very competitive field and it could take years to get the reply you want from an airline. Coming to The Travel Academy was the best choice I made this year and knowing that I will have an advantage over other candidates only makes my confidence even stronger. Thanks to the training of the TTA instructors I will go to ANY airline initial training knowing EVERYTHING I need to know AND MORE !!! The program gives you training in so many areas that you can’t keep count 📶So very GRATEFUL For This opportunity, and I cant wait to share my many accomplishments with the entire Travel Academy Team !I give 5+ STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

anaiyah-lee tabiolo: I am currently attending this school and so far my experience here has been nothing but great ! the teachers and staff are amazing . you learn everything you need to become a successful flight attendant such as airport codes/airline terminology, safety demonstrations and procedures, and emergency equipment and procedures. they also train you on the E-175 aircraft and the CRJ900 aircraft. not only do you train to be a flight attendant, they also provide you with the knowledge of cruise lines and travel agencies! i would definitely recommend this school to those who are looking to pursue a career as a flight attendant, cruise ship member or a travel agent !

Shaun Reyes: The teachers and curriculum is really helpful. Gives you more information about the travel industry.

Ketmanie Altenor: It’s a good place to go the experiences great they really want you to succeed and help you with everything you need a great support team and i meet wonderful people, they make me become a confident person i can speak in front of anyone now they really prepare you for any airlines cruise line travel agent jobCAN I GIVE A 100 STARS?

Wolfgang C: The Travel Academy has been a tremendous help for me getting into the travel industry. I hadn't known how specific the criteria for resumes was, or how far back into my employment history I needed to know. Not only that, but thanks to the many practice interview questions, I am now confident when interviewing. I am currently finishing week 7 and I already have a job offer from a cruise line, and several airline interviews lined up.I highly reccomend if you are interesting in beginning a career in the travel industry.

Jolyn Wayne: The Travel Academy has amazing teachers that set you up for what you’re going to be doing through training. It goes over inflight safety procedures, FAA regulations & many more things.
