I’m Alden, an Art Therapist and Pre-Licensed Counselor working with Art Therapy of MN.

Alden Lebsack (he/him) specializes in working with children and adolescents through emerging adults, ages 8-30. Alden works with those who identify as being a part of the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as neurodivergent individuals, such as ADHD and ASD. Alden uses both art and talk therapy when working with clients, and helps others with their developing identities, working through their struggles and identifying their strengths. Alden also works with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation/self-harm, and body image concerns.

I’m Noelle, an Art Therapist and Pre-Licensed Counselor working with Art Therapy of MN.

Noelle Wolf (they/them) specializes in working with clients who are neuroatypical, polyamorous and/or queer. They help clients who are trying to figure this life thing out, who need support and want to make art about it. Noelle strives to meet clients where they are at, and supports their in-the-moment needs. Noelle “show ups” with and for their clients; not just physically – emotionally as well.

Breanna Bisek (she/her) specializes in working with young adults and adults using both art and talk therapy, and is passionate about working with highly sensitive/neurodiverse individuals, and those who are living with a mental health diagnosis, chronic pain, or trauma. Breanna’s areas of interest include mood disorders (bipolar disorder, depression), anxiety, premenstrual dysphoric disorder, perfectionism, codependency, negative thinking patterns (overthinking, cognitive distortions, ruminating), highly sensitive people, self esteem, lifestyle changes and building healthy habits (unhealthy coping skills, diet, sleep, exercise).

Bethany Kepler (she/they) specializes in working with young adult and adult clients ages 18 to 30 years old, who identify as LGBTQIA+ and/or neurodivergent. Bethany also works with couples, and is sex-positive, and supports those in kink, poly or non-traditional relationships. She also sees clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, religious trauma, and life changes.

I’m Meghan, an Art Therapist and Licensed Clinical Counselor working with Art Therapy of MN.

Meghan Laird (she/her) specializes in working with children, adolescents and young adults ages 8-28 years old. Meghan also specializes in using both art and talk therapy with young people experiencing anxiety, depression, self-harm, and behavioral difficulties. Meghan also works with families who are struggling to communicate effectively or who are having difficulties understanding their child’s emotional experience and/or behavioral struggles.

Sky Espe (she/her) provides person-centered psychiatric medication management and assessments. Sky supports patients across the lifespan, and particularly enjoys working with neurodivergent patients and supporting children and their families while navigating change. Sky believes in an accessible and personalized treatment approach, and also supports symptoms related to acute onset psychosis, depression, anxiety, ADHD, autism, OCD, PTSD, substance use disorders, suicidal ideation, self-harm, and difficulties with emotional and behavioral regulation.
