Space Mountains: I had a massage last friday morning and it was amazing, as always. this was my third visit to halo in the last 3 months. i had a massage in december with Kristen and had to book with her again. All the massage therapists i’ve had are all incredible but i wanted to go back to Kristen because it felt like we shared an understanding of what i wanted to feel and how to help me and my body. she is so outstanding. my appointment last week, i only said a few things of what i wanted out of the massage and she completely understood what i was trying to say and truly went above and beyond to create a calm, healing and grounding session for me. i’m always so grateful and appreciative of the services they offer. this service is a little expensive but you seriously are every pennie’s worth from them. i am almost too eager to recommend halo to other. halo is consistent, clean, cozy, welcoming, warm, healing, careful and caring. 100/10 I highly recommend!

Cherokee and Emma consulted with us before the massage so each massage could be tailored to meet our needs. I didn't really know how to articulate what I wanted as this was my first time getting a massage, but Cherokee was attentive, knew exactly what my body needed, and helped relieve tension and pain. My wife had Emma and reports that this was the best massage she's ever had. Emma was thoughtful to my wife's struggle with migraines and tailored the massage to target trigger areas without exacerbating her condition.Overall, we had a wonderful experience with Halo Healing and would recommend them to others. Every step of the way from booking to check out was easy and stress-free. The space was also clean and inviting. Not only was our time with Halo relaxing, but it truly was a healing experience.

Ihor was my therapist and he did a great job, from the initial discussion about my goals down to working through muscles along my spine and lower back. It didn't eliminate all of the pain but I didn't expect it to. Overall great job.

The salon itself was clean and smelled amazing.IMPORTANT: the construction on W Lake St is terrible, and map apps do not factor in the time it takes to get through it. Make sure to leave extra time. There is a free parking lot behind the building which is nice.

I’ve gone back to have another session of her deep tissue magic. I highly recommend Pui. Her skills and knowledge are extraordinary.

Her touch and technique was indeed very soothing.I have some anxiety in general like everyone else, but I think I have less than many. Nonetheless, I came out of Liz's office feeling more whole, more content, and much more calm than I did when I came in, and it was a nice, sunny, late-morning on Saturday, so that's saying quite a lot!

George Tomic: Åke Hallman is hands down the best massage therapist I've ever been to. Or let me rephrase that: I would rather call him "touch healer." His style is intuitive and based on intimate knowledge of human anatomy. Recognizing what's going on with your body even without you telling him is what Åke does, making it look easy. But it's not easy, it obviously took him years of practice and education to get to this level of expertise. If you suffer from chronic back or neck pain, you should definitely see Åke. He will develop a treatment plan for you and help you get that acute or even chronic pain under control.
Jordan Brunsberg: I've struggled with IT Band issues and ankle issues for the last two years. Massage has been the only consistent cure for inflammation and Ake hardly took half a session to get right to the root of it. If you are looking for no frills or fuss results from a professional, Power Massage is the way to go. It will be painful. You'll probably groan a bunch. But you'll walk out feeling loosened and refreshed. This is not your typical relaxing therapeutic massage. It's a true sports massage atmosphere where the goal is to alleviate specific pains or tightness. 10/10 and I'll be recommending them to everyone I know in the Minneapolis area.

It feels like someone hit the reset button on all my muscles and I now have the opportunity to keep them happy and to avoid setbacks. I am so pleased with my experience. Plus, it was really fun. Bob and I covered a lot of conversation ground and the pleasant topics helped distract from the discomfort you can expect from a deep tissue massage. Can’t recommend highly enough and will definitely be making return trips for tune-ups.

I highly recommend them for post opp care. I also used the in-home service and they are always on time and very professional. Makayla is always a text or phone call away and she answered all my questions.

I do construction, so I get very sore with chronic tightness and Makayla is the most skillful therapist I have ever met at working out all my ailments.
