He was very professional, patient, kind and took a lot of his time to make sure we left the store happy. There was a little confusion between Apple and Best Buy but Mordekay was more than willing to help guide us in the right direction and talked to Apple himself to help fix what was going on!

Tyler Klasell: I stopped in here with my partner as we both love music and have just bought a house. We were looking at some options to add to our home. I absolutely loved the atmosphere and vast array of equipment that they had. We were able to sit and listen to a few songs and I learned more about the benefits of 2.1 for Music instead of a full 5.2 system as most songs are recorded in two channel. I came to appreciate our purchases more as i continued to learn the do's and don't's of analog equipment. Thank you so much for your time and expertise. I should have added all of this to this review at the time i made it.

No thanks to the useless reps at the Verizon store off Flying Cloud, who were too lazy and unmotivated to help me process my COMPLETED online credit app because it would "take too long". Had some issues initially because we ran the cred app too much and Xfinity didn't want to divey up my number but we figured out a temp solution for now and I left the store with a brand spankin new S24 ultra. Kuddos for slappin the Zag shield on there too! I couldn't have done it any better myself! Management, someone there. Please give this young man the raise he deserves!! Entered the store pissed at Verizon, left Best Buy Mobile SUPER Happy! Thanks again!
Jeffrey Grier: Some good deals to be had, but most of the items are either scratch and dent or may be missing parts. But, it's totally fine to get a TV with no remote or stand if you were going to mount it on a wall and use a universal remote anyway.

Beulah Verdell: It is a street level business that is on Washington Ave. It is accessible by the Metro Transit green line and blue line train stops, which stop about 2-3 blocks away, and Metro Transit City Buses, which drop off very close to the store. It is a cell phone, and I believe, a small electronics repair shop. My phone was ready within 1-1/2 hours as promised. Multiple restaurants, some bars, Walgreens, CVS, coffee shops, etc., are within 1-2 blocks.
