Maddie O.: Jackalope was great - super clean and cozy shop. My artist, Tiana, was outstanding. Very professional, comforting and kept me entertained and distracted for my whole session. They really knocked it out of the park with the design and communicated expectations and artistic process thoroughly leading up to and during the appointment. I felt so well cared for and love my new piece!
Jackson Newhouse: I came here for my first appointment with Lauren and everything about it was fantastic! The customer service was incredible, the vibes of the studio were so infectious! Lauren was easily the best tattoo artist I’ve worked with! There was never a dull moment working with her, I enjoyed the entire appointment! She was very professional while also being so friendly that I felt like I already knew her! I will for sure be returning and I’d highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a new artist!

The building is really cool inside, with neat wood features, little lounge areas, a fish tank and of course the tattooing stations. Unlike many studios I've been in, there was no loud music. Dan and I watched Family Guy instead, and he was quick to ask if I wanted something else and made sure I was happy and entertained. Dan was considerate, worked surprisingly fast, and the result was gorgeous... exactly what I wanted! I will definitely be back!

Then I just hang out at the studio until my appointment time. It's such a comfortable environment and very chill - the hour I have kill before my appointment goes by so fast there. The artists and staff are friendly. The shop is also exceptionally clean as there are signs to wash your hands with sinks outside the individual studios around the shop. Peyton Emmele: Love this shop! I came in as a walk in on a Monday night, there were two people in front of me. The two artists that were there worked together drawing and preparing the tattoos for the three of us and I was able to get my tattoo way faster than I anticipated! I walked in wanting a red ink outline tattoo and they were very informative on the healing process of it and that it was very likely it would heal and be spotty, I decided to go for black ink instead. So glad they let me know and I wasn’t disappointed later on!! They were super nice and sociable and Sierra did an amazing job. This was my first time getting a tattoo done in Minnesota and it was a great experience! It was also a very fair price. Highly recommend and I will definitely be back! She was great and made the entire booking process super simple and straight forward. We laughed a lot. I cried about the beauty of all the examples of prior work affixed to the ceiling. The session was shorter AND less expensive than originally quoted, and the design was executed flawlessly. There are some places around the edges that will need to be touched up

In my case, Jeff did some initial work on my right arm at an event held at the shop, and it went so well that I came back a few weeks later for a similar one on my left.It's not to say that the artists that did my prior work weren't any good, just that Jeff's work was better, for many reasons.First, Jeff took great care and time to align the two tats so that they matched on each arm and were in sync with each other. Brielle Berndtson: Four of us came in to get some small tattoos as a fun, impromptu tribute for our family reunion. The shop was super accommodating. Asked us to give them a call in the morning to double check availability. They were able to get us all in at the same time with different artists, which was awesome. Ivy did great work for me as the minimalist line work is something she does and enjoys. It showed! The tattoo was clean and exactly what I wanted. Jake did my partner’s tattoo and it was also clean. Great experience and would definitely recommend!
