The other company flat out told me they were too busy to help me. Pat from Prestige personally returned my call promptly and answered all of my questions. We were building a home and we wanted to make sure the kit we selected would accommodate a pool. Pat helped us with choosing between a couple of options, he helped us with design, he came out to the house and assessed the actual yard after the house was completed to ensure everything would still work….this was all before TAKING A DIME OF MY MONEY! To me that is truly amazing customer service! They are so helpful in connecting you with everyone that you need through the process….gas, electrician, landscaping….it would’ve taken me months to try to coordinate all of that! Having a pool company that is so well connected with genuinely good people made this process so easy! We went from retaining wall to pool to full landscaping done in about 3 weeks! Duane Kliegle: I decided to order water from Chlorinated Water Supply, I have a smaller pool but it still holds 5,500 gallons, I started with the garden hose and after 2 days I had almost 3 inches of water, so I decided instead of drying out my well, or having to replace the pump, to order the water, I called setup an appointment, they came on time they were very nice, added water and added chlorine to the correct level, adjusted the liner, made sure everything was correct and they were gone within the hour, what a great experience

Sheryl Shark: , has the pool cover leaning on the outside of the box so the cover can’t move. This bad news was told to me by Custom Pools after I communicated with the other company by email October 2023 where the other company stated “directional connection …bad. Resecured bad directional wire at key switch … No new parts needed at this time. Do NOT close the automatic pool cover with mesh cover on”. They never bothered to test the pool cover before closing the pool otherwise they would have discovered it was broken.I realize that I will need to spend some money to upgrade my pool cover box but I trust Custom Pools to handle the dilemma remaining from the other pool company so I can enjoy a beautiful pool this summer.From this point on, I trust nobody with my pool than Custom Pools!Sheryl

We reached out to Jeff to get some help learning how to use all the equipment. He went above and beyond helping us learn all about the chemical process/maintenance procedures. RHConcepts: I was sold a 18' pool with deluxe package. The filter was a Sequel I, you think that would have been upgraded when purchasing the deluxe package. I have had hoses pop off the equipment about 6 times now, 5 of them were at the heater. I even tried to replace the rubber flexible couplers. After a few weeks I found the problem. The kid used reducers on every hookup. They ran 1.5" flex pipe to 1.5 to 1.25 couplers. When I removed the one at the heater, I found a PVC reducer going down to 1". When I called the store and told them this might be the problem, I assumed someone would come out and fix it. No one called or came out to fix it. I ended up removing the reducer and plumbed in a 1.5" connector, Everything has been fine since.The people in the store are great, but the pool package is way to high for what you get.
