RHConcepts: I was sold a 18' pool with deluxe package. The filter was a Sequel I, you think that would have been upgraded when purchasing the deluxe package. I have had hoses pop off the equipment about 6 times now, 5 of them were at the heater. I even tried to replace the rubber flexible couplers. After a few weeks I found the problem. The kid used reducers on every hookup. They ran 1.5" flex pipe to 1.5 to 1.25 couplers. When I removed the one at the heater, I found a PVC reducer going down to 1". When I called the store and told them this might be the problem, I assumed someone would come out and fix it. No one called or came out to fix it. I ended up removing the reducer and plumbed in a 1.5" connector, Everything has been fine since.The people in the store are great, but the pool package is way to high for what you get.
