Echo Ashlee: 10/10 for manager of the 55404 area, Dan! Answered my million of questions with a mistake of a package delivery and left me at ease. Got a tracking update today for a very important package, and all is exactly what he said.After dealing with customer service and a million postal workers, Dan has so far been the absolute best.
Unknxwn: The older lady who is in every morning is an absolute gem of a human. The rest of the employees have only given me trouble. I ship with poshmark and I’ve been made to re pack my orders in the middle of the store for using priority flat rate boxes even though it specifically tells me on the poshmark website these are the boxes I’m supposed to use. Even after telling the employee I’ve never had to do this before and I’ve shipped out 100s of orders the way I was, another box was tossed over the counter at me and I had to repack my order. The box given to me? Another priority flat rate box, made me a little mad. Again the older lady who usually helps me, amazing. The other employees? Either they have an attitude or they make you repack your order because of rules they seem to have made up on the spot.
Pheng Lee: Been shipping packages from this branch for almost a year now and never had an issue. The front desk clerks are always smiling and social. Even when I walked in with multiple packages, they'd help with a smile on their face and interact the entire time. Definitely one of the better USPS branch 🙏🙏🙏

Morlor Yongpor: Had a green card interview here. Everyone was nice and polite. The security guard and immigration officer were very kind. Job well done thank you. I don't give out alot of 5 star reviews but this place deserves 10 star if there was a option.

Erica Peterson: Really quick and friendly service. Was in and out in 5 minutes *because I made an appointment ahead of time*. Security all very friendly and employees helpful with answering questions. Plenty of parking on the back side of the building and signs to tell you which side of the building to go to depending on service needed
Shane McCool: The whole thing took about 20m on a Wed afternoon. They have any 15windows of I remember right so they can get to your # pretty quickly. It wasn't too busy when I went & I might change my answer if I had to wait in line forever but I didn't.
Gabriela Torres: after waiting for about ten minutes. The person who processed my application was so friendly and smiley. The entire process from when they called my ticket number up until I left took about 15 minutes total. It was very professional and quick. I am very satisfied with my experience. One of the employees recommended coming in on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons. Mondays and Fridays are the busiest days of the week to come here.
Rachel Diggs: With how crazy busy they usually are, they have a great system in place for getting ppl in and out. Sometimes it's still a long wait but if you expect it to be a quick 20 minute visit, then you might want to rethink it lol. The snort and employees have always been kind when I come in.

I see a lot of low star reviews from past year when the offices finally opened up for walk-ins after long time post covid times and that could be one of the reason for the long wait times and stuff.

שלמה בן דוד Ricky White: My wife had business with SSA and there was a line outside but once they opened, it did take very long to get to the security station and pass through the metal detector. Then you have to go to a self service kiosk so choose the service you need. Once my wife got her number, 10 minutes later her number was called and once at the window it took at most 15 minutes for her to complete her business and leave. A very efficient experience.
