Mia anderson: I was looking for very specific costumes in two certain sizes, which I needed to get the same day. When I called the store, Durton went above and beyond to help me! Not only did he search the inventory in the store, he sent me photos of the costumes he had that would fit what I needed! Durton was an absolute pleasure and I can’t express how much I appreciate his help during my time crunch! I wish I had four hands so I could give him four thumbs up!

Aishwarya Menon: Soooo many costume options! They have plenty of adult and kids costumes ranging from funny to terrifying. The make up section was fantastic! I was a bit disappointed with the decor offerings but overall loved that everything was spread out which made it more comfortable to shop while social distancing despite it being busy.

The store was well stocked and well staffed. Escalators were out of order in the mall, but once I walked in the store everything was clean and we'll maintained. B B: I live nearby so this is my neighborhood target.They have good prices on avocados so I come here for those and for hygiene products.That said, the past couple times I have shopped here I have been double charged at checkout.Be sure and check your bank statements because something is wrong with their computer system or something.Otherwise, I like this store.

Adriene Tri: Recently, my husband and I were out visiting costume shops and stopped at Halloween Express in Burnsville, MN. We had a thoroughly pleasant experience, finding a great assortment of adult costumes, convenient changing booths, and exceptional customer service. The two primary salespersons who helped us—Megan T. and Mike S.—were extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We each tried on several costumes and never felt rushed. They even helped find a costume in a size we needed from another one of the area Halloween Express stores and had it brought to the Burnsville store for us to try on the next day! Megan and Mike were GREAT, and we’ll be coming back to the Burnsville Halloween Express for all our future costume needs!
greyfoxice: Great service. Staff was walking around assisting people with questions the whole time we were there. They have a wonderful way of organizing their stock as well with color coated topics such as kids costumes, decorations and costumes themes. Not too terribly priced either.
