Glenn Reed (glenno6767): I was there looking for work shoes. They had a large section for men's shoes, especially for larger sizes, up to 14. Not much in the way of functional work shoes. Mostly just dress and casual shoes. They did have one pair of Dr. Martens boots in a size 14. They were a bit more than I was planning to spend but they were on sale so I got a good deal and I know they're going to last.

Quincia Irish: Betsy is an angel, I was looking all over for a brick red soft tabby, I even called Hawaii 😂, luckily I called here and talked to Betsy who informed me they had none in store but she’d check other stores for me. Lo and behold she found one and was able to put an order in for me. Amazing,amazing,amazing 💖

Sabrina Downey: My mom and I walked into COACH and Eva kindly offered to clean my mom's bag. This made my day as I did not expect this outward kindness. I expressed my interest in upgrading to a COACH fanny-pack and received so much help. With some time and help, from my mom and the ladies at COACH, I migrated to the Tabby line and fell in love with a small back Tabby purse. I ended up not purchasing anything but I respected the lack of pressure to do so otherwise. I left but came back to pick up the purse the same day. The next day I was contacted that I had left my mittens at their store! Thank you so much, Eva and your team, for being so relaxed and approachable.

When browsing in these other locations, we felt uncomfortable and discouraged by the lack of assistance or even acknowledgement by the staff. By far, this location has been the only one to provide us with such a welcoming environment and great attentive care.My mom and I don't know the last thing about luxury bags, so we went in there clueless and honestly not thinking we'd walk out with a purchase. Marcus was very kind and attentive to my mom and asked her for her preferences. Even though he was busy attending to other customers since the store was a bit crowded that day, he still took the time to take out a variety of bags in and out from the back — due to my mom's indecisiveness — for my mom to choose from. I think it was honestly nearly 10 bags that he showed her!I don't usually leave reviews on anything but I wanted to share this experience we had with Marcus. His attentiveness and kindness that day was greatly appreciated. Both my mom and I were deeply moved by his efforts. Thank you for making my mom's first LV purchase the most memorable!
