Charles Simmons: A nice place but I used to buy my Nike Cortez's there only found out by entering the store that they no longer carry them which was a bummer but also the cashier didn't know what the heck I was talking about younger generation I guess. Glenn Reed (glenno6767): I was there looking for work shoes. They had a large section for men's shoes, especially for larger sizes, up to 14. Not much in the way of functional work shoes. Mostly just dress and casual shoes. They did have one pair of Dr. Martens boots in a size 14. They were a bit more than I was planning to spend but they were on sale so I got a good deal and I know they're going to last.

Matt Klava: who was working even gave me a discount on one of the pairs of shoes I wanted because of a slight discoloration on one of the shoes. I definitely plan on returning to Friedman's for all me footwear needs in the future

Joanna Gilbert: If you know what brands your hunting for and which ones to avoid you can have success here. I always come with a coupon. Many of their shoes are cheap and bad, but you can find some good ones too. Their website has many more choices and you can ship them for free and return the ones that didn't work to the store which is super convenient. That said, they need to streamline the return process. It took long and the cashier needed to seek approval everytime they did a return .

Loulou Lang: A great shoe store with very nice shoes and boots all designed in Italy. The service here is spectacular. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Yana is fantastic. She makes great suggestions and is so nice to deal with. I wish all the stores at Galleria were staffed with people as welcoming as Marmi.
E Fabry: A wonderful shoe store made even more exceptional because of the customer service, specifically Colette. Colette happily and patiently assisted me in trying on several styles and sizes of shoes. She knew the inventory and suggested a shoe I would not have otherwise considered and it was perfect. My size was not available in the color I wanted and she was able to order the shoe online and have it sent to my home. Colette really made my experience delightful. Thank you!
