Jackie Baker: Caveat first: if you wear smaller than a size 7 women's, you probably will not find shoes here. You *might* get lucky in the clearance area, but generally do not expect to find anything in your size. I get it; it's a small shop and they have to buy what will sell to the most people, so I'm not going to fault them for it. That being said, I love this place otherwise. The clothing selection is surprisingly large and they sell many brands that are sustainable, which I appreciate. The clearance area is always fun to browse and you might snag a great deal.

Glenn Reed (glenno6767): I was there looking for work shoes. They had a large section for men's shoes, especially for larger sizes, up to 14. Not much in the way of functional work shoes. Mostly just dress and casual shoes. They did have one pair of Dr. Martens boots in a size 14. They were a bit more than I was planning to spend but they were on sale so I got a good deal and I know they're going to last.

Loulou Lang: A great shoe store with very nice shoes and boots all designed in Italy. The service here is spectacular. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Yana is fantastic. She makes great suggestions and is so nice to deal with. I wish all the stores at Galleria were staffed with people as welcoming as Marmi.

Colette happily and patiently assisted me in trying on several styles and sizes of shoes. She knew the inventory and suggested a shoe I would not have otherwise considered and it was perfect. Joanna Gilbert: If you know what brands your hunting for and which ones to avoid you can have success here. I always come with a coupon. Many of their shoes are cheap and bad, but you can find some good ones too. Their website has many more choices and you can ship them for free and return the ones that didn't work to the store which is super convenient. That said, they need to streamline the return process. It took long and the cashier needed to seek approval everytime they did a return .

Witch is fine but the des Moines location is the worst the staff are rude and disrespectful. I had bought a pair of new boots and asked to have my old ones oiled and when I got them back they were dripping with oil and had oil inside the boot. I said something about it and he told me not to complain about a free service. This location is how a store should be ran everyone in the store was very nice and helpful. I made sure to tell our Minnesota shop to stop here instead of the iowa location when they get the voucher.
