I expressed my interest in upgrading to a COACH fanny-pack and received so much help. With some time and help, from my mom and the ladies at COACH, I migrated to the Tabby line and fell in love with a small back Tabby purse. I ended up not purchasing anything but I respected the lack of pressure to do so otherwise. I left but came back to pick up the purse the same day. Mostly just dress and casual shoes. They did have one pair of Dr. Martens boots in a size 14. They were a bit more than I was planning to spend but they were on sale so I got a good deal and I know they're going to last.

I have purchased at least 10 different types of clothing and other items which all had the same top notch quality. Sam was able to assist me in finding a duffle bag which he had in store and offered to ship it for free. I was very impressed with the customer first approach and the quick shipping options. Check locally before ordering on line. We need to keep quality stores in our neigborhoods.
Mia Bremer: The clothes may be a little spendy but are a good investment because the always look good on my husband and fit well. The Alaskan Guide shirt is a winter staple. My husband has two and he wears them more than any others in our Minnesota winters.

Matthew Nelson: Was very impressed by my experience today at the Tumi store, I brought my bag of 5+years into the store because the extendable handle broke off, Logan, the team member working when I went in, quickly was able to address the situation, help me completely repair my bat, and wipe down my bag, and have me out the door all within 15 minutes, and it didn’t cost me a thing. Thank you to Logan again for the great service she provided, and I will definitely return to this store for any luggage needs I might have in the future

Jamie W: I purchased a Tumi suitcase at Macy's about 5 years ago. Only used it twice and was never pleased with the way it rolled but never thought too much of it. Went to use it recently and it would not roll at all. I called Tumi customer service and was quickly able to speak with a nice English speaking customer service representative who assured me that even if it was a few years old, Tumi would repair it. She offered a prepaid return label or that I could bring it into the store. I opted to bring it to the store because I hoped they might be able to fix on site. They were not, but the store was clean, employee was friendly, and my transaction was handled quickly. I received an email confirmation about my repair and have received multiple emails about where my suitcase is in the repair process. I am impressed I did not need to procure my receipt and that the repair is being done free of charge. More than anything, customer service is impressive...and the products are gorgeous too. I did end up buying a wallet when I went in for the repair.

I took it into the store for a repair but they looked at it and determined the repair wouldn't have worked, so they immediately swapped out my damaged parka for a new one. No charge under their lifetime warranty. They'll donate or recycle the undamaged liner of my old parka.What an amazing company, with fantastic staff at the Grand Ave store. I'll be back many more times.

Parking is tricky if you don’t know there’s a parking lot across the street.

cory voight: So I think I'm a Patagonia customer for life. My jacket ripped while I was working last year. Brought it in because I knew they had a fix it program that was free. They said my patch was to big to guarantee it wouldn't fail. So they just swapped it out completly free. Lifetime warranty. Anything they can't fix, and take in as a warranty they either patch as best they can and donate, or recycle them into making another jacket. Pretty cool to see the companies core values at work.

B B: I live nearby so this is my neighborhood target.They have good prices on avocados so I come here for those and for hygiene products.That said, the past couple times I have shopped here I have been double charged at checkout.Be sure and check your bank statements because something is wrong with their computer system or something.Otherwise, I like this store.

Peter Ott: It was definitely THE MALL in the USA at one point. Now still very large with many - expensive - individual shops. No longer so attractive due to price increases in the USA.
