Laura Kline: I went to the O’Reilly in Golden Valley this evening thinking Eagan had sold me the wrong bulbs for my headlights. When my husband and I walked in Russ greeted us promptly and was so polite. He reassured us that we had the correct lights and even offered to install them for us. He was quick, efficient, polite, friendly. It’s pretty cold outside this evening and he stood out there in the cold changing a total of 3 bulbs for us because we couldn’t guarantee that the one high beam light hadn’t been touched. I offered to buy him a cocoa and he hesitated but I insisted. He looked a bit surprised when I came back with the cocoa I had promised him, he again politely thanked me. I think that the world could use more Russ’ his customer service is impeccable. I will be back to this location in the future.

Called ahead and staff had socket i needed waiting for me when I arrived. Impressive in age where good service on a timely basis is hard to find!!

Chris Nelson: Was gonna give this a 5 star reviewBut I couldnt becausenit seems the riles have laxed a bit xince my days at O'Reilly's.... Back in the day we were absolutely NOT allowed to put a call on hold, and had to take calls as they came in. Mow days it seems ok to put customers on hold for upwards of 15-30 min. Its rediculous sometimes. Id much rather drive there to see what I need. Because they usually have what I need, the warranty is always better than the competition, and then you don't have to wait on hold, and you can put eyes on what your looking for anyways because some of these new and young bucks dont always get the right part the 1st time. But most of the time they do. Hit up O'Reilly's because Napa is Crappa, and advance will put you at the back of the bus, and dealerships, well they are looking to take you at gunpoint!

The representative who took the call asked if there was a concern? He let him know the call was quite the opposite. He wanted them to know he never calls , but had to call to thank them, the mechanics name was Nathan I believe. He wanted them to know his car is driving like a brand new car , it’s a 1998 Honda Accord ! Phenomenal job . His car was a rough ride prior to this .
