Jason Bodin: I went in looking for a specific through nut for a vessel sink install on a remodel. They were very patient with me, and helped me without complaint or bad vibes. The first lady tried, and when she couldn't find what I was looking for, she passed me to a guy who tried some more. They didn't have what I was looking for, but I can't hold that against them because I knew going in that it was a very outside chance of my plan working. They put the effort in, and were very professional about it.

They have very spacious and comfortable free parking it's just busy, but everyone is served, with self checking stations with good customer service willing to help you respond to your questions they closed at 11 pm until then I wish you check it whenever you have time

Linda Herman: happened. Ashley asked if she could call me back after 5:00. Of course. Not only did she call me back after work day, but spent an hour with me asking questions for which I supplied various pictures and explanations. By the end of the call, she had a new sink faucet scheduled for delivery in two days, had identified the parts of the bar shower that she was calling Delta about in the morning, and sent me a parts list for the tub filler with an explanation of how a couple of connections were to be made. I was so grateful! This young lady knows her stuff and gave top notch service. I only hope I can relay all this to the plumber as well as she did to me. Thank you, Ashley!
