It's hit or miss so you may need to come multiple weekends to find what you're looking for.If you are serious about finding what you're looking for come before opening time on Saturdays. There will be a line to get into the warehouse.The people working there are pleasant and the experience, even when crowded has always been positive.

Once inside, it can be a bit chaotic.We've been here 4 or 5 times, and purchased over a dozen items.This is an outlet for customer returns, floor models, and/or discontinued items, so you never know what you are going to find. All the inventory is in very good shape, though. Some items have easily spotted minor imperfections, but most look brand new and in perfect condition to me.They are only open on the weekend, and people start to line up 30 or 40 minutes before the doors open. The line gets long, but moves a lot faster than you'd expect. Once, I was as at the end of the longest line I've seen there, and I waited about 30 minutes before I was in the door.Once you're inside, it's a bit hectic. Lots of people scrambling to look through the inventory. Once you find something you want, you flag down an employee who marks the item as sold, and gives you a tag to take to the register.The staff is fantastic. Very helpful and friendly. They do a great job managing the chaos. Without such a high quality staff, the place would be anarchy. Can't praise them enough.Once you've made a purchase, you can choose to have your items delivered

Steven: Deals can be had on quality Room & Board furniture but manage your expectations. 1st, it does take some time to get in the store when they open on Sat and also checking out takes some time. Expect to spend 90 mins to 2 hours here. 2nd, selection varies every weekend so there's a chance you won't see anything good on the day you go and all the hot deals will be gone by Sat afternoon. They do deliver and it's a flat fee no matter how many items so that is a bargain! Don't need to rent a truck and find help to move.

Brandon Davis: I was a lil buzzed at Art-O-Whirl when I stumbled upon this gem of a place. I’ve been needing a desk to get to the height between 37-43 inches which is imperative for a DJ stand/table. Little did I know that Furnish carries Herman Miller standing desks that you can adjust to any height you’d like. I can stand and mix or sit and mix! I found one and put down half the money. I then woke up in the morning even more excited to pay the rest of the bill. Furnish supports the re-integration of people coming out of incarceration through programs at the shop. Giving people second chances and highly discounted furniture are a win win. Thank you guys!!
Nicole Feest: I was referred by my husband to check out Furnish for a new desk and chair for my office. I was immediately greeted by one of the staff who helped me every step of the way. I found the perfect chair and desk for my needs. They also sell some random furniture pieces like end tables/chairs/coffee tables along with decor. This is a place to check out every week as they have new inventory often.

Emily Bevelacque: I love this place, used to live across thre street and I furnished most of my apartment with their furniture. My current house is still mostly furnished by them. You can find so much qraky fun gifts and quality trend setting furniture at CB2.

So the shipping coordinator had to track them down. It was a mess.I will continue to shop with CB2 but will prefer to buy floor pieces or pieces that are definitely in-stock at the local warehouse. I just don't trust CB2 on the corporate side of things right now but, the MSP store location is great!

Our Minneapolis story begins behind the fur vault on the 5th floor in the Dayton’s Building in downtown Minneapolis. We began selling furniture there, before earning our own dedicated space within the department store.
Dayton’s Contract Department became independent from Dayton’s Department Store in 1953. The focus was on planning and furnishing offices for corporate clients in the Twin Cities.
In 1969, after becoming a Steelcase dealer, we moved into the LaSalle Court Building and changed our name to Dayton’s Commercial Interiors.
In 2017 we embarked on a full renovation of two floors in the historic Young Quinlan building in downtown Minneapolis. The outcome of our year-long journey is a workplace that does something different than it did in the past.
Our people now come together in a space that delivers not only what they want, but what they need to be engaged with their work and each other. This truly demonstrates the power of place.

Kamryn Grimes: The warehouse itself was really nice and all of the staff were very friendly. The pricing was alright. When I visited there were some items that looked pretty damaged cosmetically, but were still priced pretty high. Overall, it's still a good place to find furniture at a lower price.

Charles Baker: Had a small print job that I tried to source to an internet print company - fail. Needed to get it done on a Saturday and called Office Max/ Office Depot. White Bear Office Max had the right paper but printer malfunctioned - they gave me the correct paper and sent me to Office Depot in Roseville. The associate at Office Depot immediately printed the job with no problem, and given we had problems at the other store did not charge us. Many thanks for the timely help and creative solution!

This was the 4th furniture store I stopped at today.The furniture is well made, you can feel the quality and difference compared to the other stores. The style of it is exactly what I’ve been looking for. The furniture was mostly really comfortable. The knowledge of the staff is unmatched, they’ll go out of their way to help you.My only complaint is the price for the furniture. But I don’t think it’s overpriced, all their stuff seems to be made really well. You get what you pay for and this is definitely not cheap pressed wood like many other stores have.

It smelled so wonderful, I could feel Christmas, it looks aesthetically and smells pleasing. Great selection as always!! I went there to check out and try out their samples of their essential oil items in lotion and diffuser forms. Went to the second floor and the lady with the eyeglasses was so friendly!!! We had to go out because we had to go somewhere but came back to this place because I wanted to get the beautiful aroma of the 2 lotion, 1 diffuser and 2 counter top cleaner that I could get not get enough which my Bf got for me and the checkout ladies had a great smile and were friendly!!! Thank you so much for making us have a great experience whenever we come here!!

Anything could’ve happened with it tilting over , etc. I care about my 85 inch to much & it took me a lot to remain calm about the situation.

One of the drawers broke during assembly and the lady working at the customer service counter, Kiki, was incredible at helping me out! She went out of her way to ensure I got all the replacement parts I needed! She was incredibly patient and worked incredibly hard to help me out. I even saw her answer something her coworker was was asking during the process without missing a beat! Get this lady a promotion!

One thing to make sure is to pay with a card, as you're going to be waiting awhile for a cashier if you need to pay with cash.
