Modern Focus Experience: I’m not even sure where to begin - this is the cutest baby store I’ve EVER seen! I called in a panic after arranging a car seat for our 2 month old upon our arrival at the airport… well they showed up with a booster seat. I was nervous the same would happen on our ride back later in the week so I googled and found they had a Doona car seat stroller. I called and they had one in stock. It’s definitely pricey but as much as we travel it’s worth it and gave us so much peace of mind for our trip back. I came back two days later when I had more time to really walk through and purchased a few more items… I wanted to buy just about everything but held back!

Clothing, books, toys and a ton of strollers and wagons to test out on the sales floor. Forgot to mention car seats on display too!Sure you can find a majority of the items online elsewhere but you won’t get the great customer service and knowledge provided here. If it’s a gift make sure to get the item gift wrapped. Ps they offer online shopping with free in store pick up
Catherine “Katie” Riihiluoma: Amazing customer service! Kari and Kim helped curate the perfect gift for my friend’s new baby. Kari and Kim sent me pictures of suggested gift ideas and put together the perfect present. Kari and Kim selected a cute card and wrote in a lovely message for my friend and arranged the shipping. I do not live in the area and knew I could rely on Pacifer’s team to help! I called the store and the ladies were so incredibly helpful and responsive. I hope that more people can “call small” and get the perfect gift with a loving touch added vs. shopping big box.
Kelley: In from out of town and stopped in to grab presents for my kiddos. They have best brands that are hard to find in person sometimes, and I even found great things I had never heard of. I’m jealous of all the new mamas that get to register here!

Karen Schecter: The customer service at this store is THE BEST! I ran into a problem with something that I bought from another place, and Pacifier Kids came to the rescue, returning phone calls immediately, expediting shipping and getting the trike to me in no time at all for our grandson's birthday. I will use them again and again and again. And when we had a problem with assembly they came to the rescue again and sent us a replacement. They are amazing, and their inventory is amazing as well.
Ashley G: I’ve only ever had positive experiences with the multiple Pacifier locations I have visited over the last 4 years of being a customer. However, I wanted to share that recently I had placed an online curbside pick up order for a bassinet stand 3 days after having a baby and during a horrendous snow storm. Due to the dangerous road conditions the store’s usual transfer truck couldn’t get the product from the warehouse to the store for me to pick it up and when I called to inquire about the order the person I spoke to was so amazingly kind and put the item in her car and drove it to the store for me to be able to pick it up immediately. It was so unexpectedly nice and I am so grateful.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful- they gift wrapped the present I picked out for free and even offered shipping for a flat rate! Exceptional experience.
Megan Appleton: My partner and I had an awesome experience at the North Loop location. Went in pregnant with our first just curious to check out the space and learn about some of the gear. We were so impressed with the knowledge, professionalism, and kindness of the staff we left with a stroller and some other gear we were going to put off until later. Our baby is one month old now, and we are loving all the gear we bought during that visit, and haven’t been to another baby store that has impressed us as much as this! Thanks Pacifier! We will be back our next trip down to Minneapolis.

Amanda Thomson: I have had the BEST experience at Pacifier, especially with the Gear Team. I came in looking for help with a stroller idea for our family trip to Sweden. They found us the PERFECT stroller and it made our trip so much more enjoyable. We walked almost 7miles a day around Stockholm with our two kids, which would not have been possible with out there help! The gear team and staff is so knowledgeable and willing to help. They go above and beyond ❤️

4worldlovers: The first Pacifier was opened in March 2004 in Northeast Minneapolis when a suitably cool kids gift could not be found.
From there we grew to serving families and friends in Edina, Highland Park, Wayzata, and our original Northeast store hopped across the Mississippi to the North Loop neighborhood. Our fifth store will open in Late Fall 2023 in Woodbury!
The Pacifier team is very grateful to our amazing customers, friends, and family who've supported the business as it has grown and evolved. Thank you for making it all possible and making it so fun.
