Mike Lavely: We are putting in Quartzite counters in our house. We were referred by TC Granite. We had a great experience working with “DC”. She took her time with us and explained the different surface types e.g. granite, marble, quartzite, etc. We decided on a slab from Ansum after going to many other granite dealers, based on the customer service, and selection. We also met Zach the manager who was very cordial. Ansum is heads above the rest. Ask for DC for great customer service.

We had a wonderful experience with Chris Burns who was amazing at answering our questions and making sure we saw all of the options for the slabs we came to choose from. The slab we wanted to see needed to be brought up on the overhead lift which, besides being really cool to watch, was done by the MSI crew with the upmost attention to safety.

Our shower is absolutely beautiful but the confidence of solid construction, precision, and water tight makes it AMAZING! The project was completed on time, on budget, and John and David were very concientious every day they came to work on it with excellent clean up and communication. James Stuart: to quote an installation and provide a final quote. We purchased it over the summer when prices were discounted and arranged for installation. The crew that came was efficient and professional and maintained a clean work area. Both gas and electrical inspections passed without issue. We live in Saint Paul which has a reputation for tough inspections. We ordered a custom surround which had to be specially ordered. When installed it fit perfectly and the fireplace is now exactly what we wanted. I can recommend Twin City Fireplace without reservation.
Karl Narveson: Twin City Fireplace installed an attractive gas-burning insert in each of the three fireplaces in our old house. So now we get the best of both worlds: a cozy fire in the fireplace, but it's clean and thermostatically controlled.The installation was last April, and of course we didn't light the fires during the summer. In October when it began to be chilly, we found that one of the three units wouldn't start because it didn't have electric power, but Keith came out and located the loose connection and fixed it for us. So they do stand behind their work, and we are enjoying all three of our fireplaces.
Mike Hafner: Ron and Dillon replaced our gas insert with an electric insert about a month ago. It took me this long to do this survey because our SIM cards failed and then were told the phones were no longer supported. Both fellows were prompt, professional and personable. I worked with a few other companies to have them scope my project, and Twin City Fireplace seemed like they would do the best work, and I was not disappointed. Throughout the sales process Nick was very engaged and helpful, making sure all of my questions were answered in detail. The two gentlemen that did the installation were super nice and very respectful of our home and the job they were there to complete. Even after the project was done, Nick still went above and beyond taking time to reschedule visits from the electrician to redo some of their work. The electrician didn't do anything wrong, the inspectors just wanted them to use different in wall devices that were actually above and beyond what the local code calls for. All in all, I would highly recommend working with the team at Twin City to complete your fireplace project, and don't even waste time looking around at the competition.

She knew which Hom Depot store sells them because when she goes to other Hom Depot stores when she is near them and checks out what they have for inventory that she doesn’t have at this store!!!Ruth is such a great employee and certainly deserves recognition for her great customer service and subject matter expertise in electrical and lighting. Sarah Curtis: Stone Systems did our granite countertop install after we purchased from Home Depot. Our installer, Gabriel, did an incredible job! The results were amazing. He truly went above and beyond to make sure the install was done properly. My husband and I installed our own cabinets and had some imperfections we weren't aware of. Gabriel was able to work with us by fabricating our cabinets in a couple places to get the sink and cabinets installed perfectly. We are in love with the results!

I worked with Rachel from Stone Systems and the entire process went just as she told me it would The communication from Stone Systems about the process was excellent. The counters were produced when and how I was told they would be. The installation went smoothly and on time. Everyone who came to work on the project--the measuring tech, the plumber and the installers--were all very professional, got done what was needed and were delightful to work with. They did a beautiful job creating and installing my new countertops and sink.

Eric: Just did a granite install last month through Home Depot and they were great. They came back a few times to address minor issues and answer my questions. I will say I didn’t realize I was suppose to guide and direct the install work and address problems in real time, it could have saved the return trips. Big pro tip, I knew we’d lose some height on the new counters but it turns out the installers could have shimmed them higher and now its too late. Also thankful for Stone System for allowing me to pick the slab for free and fabricating nicely to my request.Update: Second time around the install crew did something different than the drawings and communication. Hopefully we’ll get it sorted out but very disappointed the installer didn’t consult me on site for important decisions like seams.
