Debra Thompson: On August 7th I had ACDF surgery. Dr. Nagib performed my surgery and did a fantastic job. I have to say from the time we walked threw the doors at the hospital everyone was so friendly and nice and went out of there way to help you. When I was in pre op the nurses all had smiles and was there if you needed anything, then my anesthetist came in and explained everything to me what was going to happen what to excepted when everything was over. He said I was in very good hands and I was. Then the head nurses came in and told me also what would be going on and before I knew it I was going to surgery and then I woke up in the recovery room. I had a little sore throat and that was it. I stayed the night and all the doctors, nurses and helpers were also so very nice and good to me. I was scared to death having this done but by the time I got none talking with everyone they made me feel so good. I thank them all from the bottom of my heart for everything you did for me. Michelle Carpenter: Dr Zhao and her team have gone way out of their way to be helpful. I had an emergency issue, and everywhere is booked out for months. They took the time to see me on their breaks, call me back while in duty at the hospital and overall have been kind and helpful on this new journey. Clearly not cheap and yes lots of expensive tests are needed to neurologist to do their jobs but way better than expected. I will admit not easy to get any appointment, referral and insurance companies do this and the teams navigate as best they can.

Or worse, spend their time making patients feel like their problems aren’t legitimate or nothing can be done.That all changed when I had an appointment with Jessica Idahor. I’ve been seeing her for a few years now and wish I could have her as my provider for everything. She actually listens, truly cares about patients, is insightful, genuine, and is the best provider I have ever had, hands down. I truly feel like I have an advocate who cares about me as a person and wants to improve peoples lives. If it wasn’t for her I don’t know what I would do. She is absolutely wonderful and I am so grateful.

Jeffrey Pomeroy: At first I was not impressed with my first care provider. Then I was handed off to Dr. Dastagir for migraine treatment. Dr. Dastagir is warm and kind. He will take time and listen to the patient. He also wants the patient to be an active part in his or her treatment plan. Just be mindful it may take a while until both of you find the right treatment plan for the individual! I have had all my calls returned and voicemail answered. Unfortunately this may take 24 to 48 hours. Just wish the clinic would have a phone bank. Where you could speak to a live person when you call in.
