Tyler Klasell: I stopped in here with my partner as we both love music and have just bought a house. We were looking at some options to add to our home. I absolutely loved the atmosphere and vast array of equipment that they had. We were able to sit and listen to a few songs and I learned more about the benefits of 2.1 for Music instead of a full 5.2 system as most songs are recorded in two channel. I came to appreciate our purchases more as i continued to learn the do's and don't's of analog equipment. Thank you so much for your time and expertise. JD Anderson: I'm glad these people are here. I lost a tweeter in one of my studio monitors that have aged out of support from the manufacture. Sadly, one failed tweeter was going to cost me two of my favorite monitors that otherwise would last me several more years.These guys are quick and very responsive to technical questions. They promptly put to rest what had the potential to be a customer support issue on the first and only call.I highly recommend Midwest Speaker Repair, and will use them again when the need arises.

Take your favorite speakers in to get some love. They even fixed/glued a little spot in one cabinet that could have gotten worse, for free!!!I cannot even see the repair. Alex Crist: I only have positive things to say about my experience with Midwest Speaker Repair. They did great job of repairing some premium speakers that a cat did a number on. There were claw holes in the surrounds and these guys were able to make the needed repairs. The speakers sound perfect now and the price was very reasonable. I also recently purchase a used ADCOM power amp from these guys. They have a large and changing selection of used audio gear, mostly speakers, but also other components like receivers, power amps, tuners, etc. These guys are highly recommended by me, and I would suggest you have them look at your speakers if you are having issues. I got a real human right away. He answered my questions, and he said he'd get it shipped same day. To make it even better, instead of shipping it, a store employee PERSONALLY DELIVERED IT TO MY HOME! Harmony Gallegos: I have been going to Mach 1 when it was located in Hopkins, MN at least 8 years because this is my second vehicle that I had them put an automatic start on.I had this viper auto start put on my Nissan 6 years ago. Never had any issues with it. Last month it started to go wonky. It would start and shut off in 5 minutes or less.I brought it to them and of course it worked like a charm for them. Well a few days went by and it happened again.Because they stand with their warranty I made an appt and Anthony wasn’t really finding anything wrong to cause it to do that so he just reset it with our fingers crossed that would fix the issue and it did!They have always been very helpful. I have sent a lot of people there way and no complaints.I was not charged a dime even 6 years later to have them look and see what the issue was. They had my car for a solid 1.5 hoursOf course if there might have been a lot of time taking it apart and having to replace the auto start there would have been some charges that would have been applied which is very reasonable.Brent has never taking me a down a path that was out of my budget and is always very helpful!Anthony was awesome and wanting to figure out what the issue was.Thanks guys!

These guys walked me through some of the systems that I was looking at on Amazon and at Best Buy. I decided to go with an Alpine ILX-507 vs. the Pioneer 4660NEX. I am very happy with the decision. Yes, you might pay less from Amazon, but here you can see the unit and ask the pros any and all questions. I bought my first car stereo from the richfield location back when it was Communications Center over 30 years ago. I will definitely do more business with this local retailer.

Robert Erding: If you are looking for an audio experience that will blow your mind, these guys are the real deal! Last August of 2022, I bought a new Toyota Tundra and wanted a premium audio package to make my musical experience explode!! The entire staff was extremely professional and really listened to what it was that I wanted. I ended up changing my mind several times about the equipment I wanted and the entire staff happily met my needs. It posed a bunch more work for their staff and caused some tricky installation challenges which they happily met head on. In the end, their master woodworking guy found a way to install a big sub-woofer under and behind my rear bench seat which was completely necessary to make my wife smile!!The thing that was most impressive about my entire experience with Mach 1was that most of the interior of my brand new truck had to be taken apart, wired with amps, speakers, and put back together. Their work was so good that the truck interior was flawless and still looked brand new!!Give these folks a chance and you will be impressed!!

Kurt Lach: After 30 years of living with my stereo system, I decided to start upgrading my components and gave the guys at Audio Perfection a visit on the recommendation of a friend.It had been some time since I had dipped my toes in the hifi pool, but Eric and Mark were nothing but patient and accommodating as I asked questions and requested to hear different amp/speaker combinations.I have read through some of the negative comments left here and advise folks to take these all with a grain of rock salt. Shopping for high-end audio equipment is a journey and something that does take time–or at least it should. It is part of the experience and the investment. Remember, you are not at Best Buy! This is quality equipment, sold by good people, offering top-notch service. I am more than likely not their average customer, but always felt welcome at Audio Perfection.

I come from a low voltage background myself and have worked in the car audio field. Alexander Dove Lempke: A beautiful space where instruments sound incredible, with all the conveniences you could want in a modern professional studio, including top-tier microphones and other gear. More importantly, Steve is a great engineer, attentive and passionate about making records. Wild Sound is a phenomenal place to record.

Chris Lee: I had written my wife a song that I wanted to record for Christmas. When I wrote it I had just written a few chords and some lyrics. I had an idea of what I wanted it to be....but not a direction. Josh was amazing. Not only is he an excellent producer....but his vision on how to shape my song was amazing. For an intimate, pure,sound, this is the place to go.
