Deanna Constantine: Every time I've needed audio equipment the EMI employees have been super helpful. A few days ago I called in with a couple questions before placing an order online. I got a real human right away. He answered my questions, and he said he'd get it shipped same day. To make it even better, instead of shipping it, a store employee PERSONALLY DELIVERED IT TO MY HOME! Clare Siska: My husband and I rented sound and lighting equipment for our wedding reception, and everything worked SO well. We chose to rent the Ultimate Party Package. The lighting was amazing, and the sound system worked flawlessly. Although somewhat bulky and tough to move everything, it's worth it if you need an all-encompassing sound and lighting setup. Jim definitely knows his stuff, and if you ever have questions about any part of your rental, he is more than willing to explain and go the extra mile to make sure you understand what it is and how to use it correctly.
J Tri: Rented the inflatable outdoor screen, projector, and sound system. Jim has everything pulled and ready when I arrived. He went through everything, walking me through setup and operation and threw in extension cords and some adapters so I had everything I needed when I left. The YouTube videos showed every step of setup but I didn’t even need them, it was pretty much plug-in and done. Super friendly. Definitely will rent here again.
Emma Raven: Placed an order online for a sound and light package rental for a party we were having over a weekend. When I arrived they had almost everything ready and was given a very helpful description of how everything needs to be set up and was able to assemble it all without a hitch. The gentlemen getting everything packed up anticipated my needs and thought of some hardware I would need that I hadn’t considered. Representatives were friendly and available in case of hardware problems.

Steve Garbe: You don't have to be a major production company to get exceptional service from the team at Cinequipt. I routinely tell Chris or Mitch in rentals what my current challenge is, and they present solutions that fit my budget and crew size. In 20 years I have never had an issue with rented equipment, a missing piece or something not being available when they said it would be. If I have a last-minute request, everyone in the building jumps in to find a solution. Mitch in service is also routinely amazing. Once I brought him a light with a broken power switch where the routine repair was to replace the entire board for hundreds of dollars. Mitch had already sourced just the power switch from the original switch manufacturer, and soldered in on in 24 hours, for $50. When I visit other cities, it's hard to understand how they survive without a place like Cinequipt.
