M L: Shawn along with the entire staff at Wixon Jewelers are an absolute pleasure to work with. As customer service continues to decline almost everywhere, it’s certainly not true for this place. Upon entering we were greeted by Shawn who I quickly realized is not just another sales person, but a very genuine watch enthusiast who enjoys chatting about timepieces and life. Many Rolex dealers have a tendency to be either condescending or salesy- neither of which result in an enjoyable experience. There are a few Jewelry stores and high-end watch boutiques in the Twin Cities, but go to this one if you’d rather leave with a smile instead of a headache.

One of my main requests was a watch I had been waiting over a year for at my local dealer. Within 2 months of connecting will reached out to let me know it might be coming soon, and that week I was able to send payment on Friday, and receive the watch the following morning, already set to the correct time, with a handwritten note. I will not be buying any watches or jewelry elsewhere from now on. This was an A+ experience from start to finish.

Justin: I can’t say enough good things about Ryan and MSP jewelers. Starting out, I knew nothing other than that I needed to purchase an engagement ring so I could propose to my true love. By the end, I felt like a diamond expert and gave my now-wife the engagement ring of her dreams.Ryan was super friendly, informative, and thorough during every step of the process. He walked us through all the different styles, qualities, and values of diamonds and bands. We were able to design a one-of-a-kind custom engagement ring we thought was perfect, and at the best possible value. Or so we thought…It turned out that, after the proposal and receiving the ring, my fiancé had a slight change in heart on the design. This was through no fault on Ryan’s behalf, but rather because her “dream ring” had a last minute alteration she desired. At first this concerned me very much because I wanted her to have the PERFECT ring, but already paid the bill on this custom finished product…Luckily Ryan was able to put me at ease and make it right. We went back to square one at the drawing board, expedited the process, and the finished finished product was absolutely perfect. I came there to have my wife's 15th Anniversary ring repaired. Ryan explained in detail everything we could expect about our repair. Her ring had lost 1 diamond and we had fractures to the gold band. Ryan and his goldsmith decided that the best way to fix my wife's ring was by laser. My wife was astonished how beautiful the ring came out. They resized and replaced the missing diamond. Nicole Crittenden: The staff at this location are amazing, I had a pawn there and when I wanted to pick my pawn up, the COVID quarantine hit, even though they were closed for two weeks and opened back up, the owner was so nice that not only did he not charge me any additional interest during the closure and an additional two weeks they were open that I did not know they were open for, but he gave me a discounted price and over 150.00 off of what I should have paid. The owner made a lot of accommodations for me and I am extremely grateful!

Deanna Lynn Poling: I'm going on a cruise next week and was looking for business casual and fancy dresses for dinner attire. At first I didn't think they had anything in my size. I'm 2xl and size 18. Towards the back they have two rows of plus size clothes. It's a cute store but wish they had some bigger sizes. Not sure if that's really their fault with it being a consignment shop. I did find 2 pairs of dress pants so left mostly happy. I noticed they had a lot of other things in the store besides clothing and accessories. I didn't have time this visit but will be going back to check other items like a couch, chairs, home decor, etc.

I was on the wall about the purchase but Liz assured me that I was getting a fair deal on a item I wanted and she also informed me of the VIP plan if i ever needed to Pawn it for some funds. Jeff N: Just walking into the space is a cool experience. They have a lot of cool stuff in there and of course I ended up walking out with some old magazines that featured Michael Jordan. If you want to support small businesses, this is one to support.
Orion Access: An extremely fun and lovely experience. Eclectic and vast, their collections of clothes, memorabilia and housewear are a treat to the eye. I even found a fun shirt for myself.

Atlas Gizzi (Anna): If you ever want to feel insane go here and pay $20 for a used t-shirt that would be $4 at goodwill… although probably not anymore since people are buying them there and reselling them here. The collectibles are cool though. Also super nice people behind the register. Fun for a jaunt but I wouldn’t buy anything here.

He absolutely mangled it, leaving a bent mess and a stone that was completely separated from its setting.With very little hope, I brought it to Johantgen to see what options we had and expected to be told it was a lost cause.SO happy to report that they were able to go above and beyond my expectations. Their staff was friendly and knowledgeable as they walked me through the repair process and the final results were incredible.This thing looks brand new and it fits right back on her finger perfectly.Fairly priced and fast service.Thankful to have a shop like this in the neighborhood!
mary brezinka: Owner is very knowledgeable and you can tell he loves what he does. We brought in an heirloom ring and thank goodness we did since the diamond was ready to fall out of the setting! They put on a new crown without affecting the appearance which was important to me. It was ready when promised which was also important. I would strongly recommend this jeweler for jewelry appraisal, maintenance or maybe just go in and buy something beautiful!

Just send in photos of rings you like and they custom make one just like it, or with modifications to it. The ring came out exactly how I wanted it, FROM A COUPLE SIMPLE PICTURES. Definitely recommend!
Holly Lindahl: My wedding ring was stuck on my finger and had a few parts that needed attention so I came to Johantgen Jewelers to get my ring cut off. Once it was cut off, Todd carefully explained the cost and parameters of the repairs. We also asked him to explain some options of custom making a new ring and he again took great care explaining and helping us pick out the perfect new ring using my original diamond and even reusing the gold from my ring! My new ring is FABULOUS and makes me smile evey time I look at it. Thank you Todd and Johantgen Jewelers!
