Website is difficult to look at because it's a wall of text on mobile. Other than that nothing bad to say, from my experience they do what they do well.

The Howards: We brought my mom's very old Singer sewing machine to Dr Willy and he was a joy to work with. Thoughtful, knowledgeable, and kind! We paid the same amount for a tune-up here as we would've at a chain store and I loved being able to support a small, local business. He makes his own hours so be sure to call before you go in. Dr Willy went above and beyond and added in extras just out of the kindness of his heart... like fixing a knob, offering to teach us to thread and use it, including an extra needle, and fixing other small details for free that he certainly wasn't obligated to do. He's an awesome guy and I'd recommend him to anyone.

Annie S: What a great guy with a big wealth of knowledge. Dropped off my great grandmothers old singer sewing machine from 1935. Machine hadn’t been touched for 30 years and Dr. Willy was able to get it up and running in no time. He also took the time to show me how to use it, brought it out to the car for me and gave me needles and thread to get me started. Dr. Willy has a passion for repairing sewing machines and it shows through his work. Price is more than reasonable considering how much time and consideration he puts into each machine. Highly recommend.

I put my Singer Featherweight together incorrectly - I mean how can you screw up putting in a bobbin? - he did not even laugh at me but fixed it as I waited and told me other "information" tips for the machine. David immediately started working on my machine and was able to correct the issue within around 20 minutes and for a more than reasonable price! My sewing machine hasn't worked so well in the whole time I've owned it! Can't recommend Gratz enough. They also have a great selection of useful, high quality sewing supplies. I will surely be back!

When it stopped working entirely, I took it to Grantz and in 10 minutes it was purring like a kitten. It works so much better now. When arriving the next day they had all my sizes laid out even thought they didn’t know for sure I was going to come. Nice quality product and super friendly/helpful service.
Mary Ann Van Cura: An acquaintance told me they had successfully repaired the zippers on some camping equipment. I stopped by today because I had a vinyl covered cushion with a challenging, separated zipper. They fixed it and secured it within 20 minutes. So grateful. And everyone was pleasant, attentive, informed.

I took a winter extra-long jacket to replace the zip. They were able to fix it in a few days. They have moved to a new location, but the service is still on the same stand. I recommend them.

"Tell the cashier Michelle said it's $3.99". So for $2.38 out the door I got a used DVD, a brand new set of dvd's!! Coupled w friendly and helpful service! My cashier also gave me a Fequent Shopper card & signed me up for their emails & such. I didn't shop around to see what was 90% off as I figured a lot of items I don't need would have come home with me because... well it's ONLY... ha. It even has a power strip available to customers to test electronic products. Parking is usually accessible near the establishment. Sometimes can be a little dirty though.

They carry a variety of manufacturers, I am Baby Lock all the way, so she is able to find a machine to fit your needs.
