Kali Kane: This is a great little shop to buy good quality used baby and kid equipment and toys. It's clean, scent-free, and uncluttered, unlike many children's consignment stores. Amy Surber: I had a great experience with Kid A! What a smart and environmentally friendly idea for a store. I bought an old Burley from Kid A to try with my small senior dog, as he can’t walk long distances anymore but loves being outside. New dog strollers are crazy expensive, with no guarantee he would tolerate one. Tried the Burley, and he loves it!! I just put a pillow in the foot well to make a level surface, added a dog bed, and used one of the kid straps to clip to his harness. Worked great! I’m so glad to have a solution that was affordable and eco-friendly from a local business. The staff at Kid A were very helpful in showing me how to assemble it at pickup, as well. Highly recommend this place!

Here, there's no negotiations with a rando on Craigslist. There's no wondering if this item from Amazon from a brand you never heard of will fall apart after a month. Instead, they offer high-quality, name brand items at a reasonable price coupled with the exceptional ease we've grown used to in our online world. Plus the added environmental impact of not buying new. Last but not least, every time I peruse the website, I get Radiohead songs stuck in my brain!

The store owner was so nice and made me feel so welcome. Being a 21 year old that looks realistically 12 makes me super self conscious and get funny looks from people on such a short timeframe. She helped me figure out what sections I needed, what brands fit me and to look for, and gave me insight to the after stages of pregnancy as well for things that can work for me throughout it all! I might just have to start wearing maternity clothes afterwards as well because of how great things fit compared to my normal clothes and how great the customer service is. Norma Jeane: This location is OK. It's basically Minnetonka area, so it's not too friendly of staff. I'm pregnant and went in for a bassinet. Found a nice one. There was no price tag, so I asked the lady if she could come help me figure out the price of the bassinet, and she did. I do have to say, I appreciated the fact that when she realized the price tag was ripped off, instead of cussing she said "fiddle sticks." Lmao. I REALLY appreciate fiddle sticks. The only disappointment I had was nobody helped me with the door while I got the bassinet out of the store. That's my only disappointment. Other than that, this location has really nice clothes and baby stuff for pretty cheap. I'll continue to shop here.

Modern Focus Experience: I’m not even sure where to begin - this is the cutest baby store I’ve EVER seen! I called in a panic after arranging a car seat for our 2 month old upon our arrival at the airport… well they showed up with a booster seat. I was nervous the same would happen on our ride back later in the week so I googled and found they had a Doona car seat stroller. I called and they had one in stock. It’s definitely pricey but as much as we travel it’s worth it and gave us so much peace of mind for our trip back. I came back two days later when I had more time to really walk through and purchased a few more items… I wanted to buy just about everything but held back!

I do not live in the area and knew I could rely on Pacifer’s team to help! I called the store and the ladies were so incredibly helpful and responsive. I hope that more people can “call small” and get the perfect gift with a loving touch added vs. shopping big box.

I ran into a problem with something that I bought from another place, and Pacifier Kids came to the rescue, returning phone calls immediately, expediting shipping and getting the trike to me in no time at all for our grandson's birthday. I will use them again and again and again. And when we had a problem with assembly they came to the rescue again and sent us a replacement. They are amazing, and their inventory is amazing as well.
Ashley G: I’ve only ever had positive experiences with the multiple Pacifier locations I have visited over the last 4 years of being a customer. However, I wanted to share that recently I had placed an online curbside pick up order for a bassinet stand 3 days after having a baby and during a horrendous snow storm. Due to the dangerous road conditions the store’s usual transfer truck couldn’t get the product from the warehouse to the store for me to pick it up and when I called to inquire about the order the person I spoke to was so amazingly kind and put the item in her car and drove it to the store for me to be able to pick it up immediately. It was so unexpectedly nice and I am so grateful.

Megan Appleton: My partner and I had an awesome experience at the North Loop location. Went in pregnant with our first just curious to check out the space and learn about some of the gear. We were so impressed with the knowledge, professionalism, and kindness of the staff we left with a stroller and some other gear we were going to put off until later. Our baby is one month old now, and we are loving all the gear we bought during that visit, and haven’t been to another baby store that has impressed us as much as this! Thanks Pacifier! We will be back our next trip down to Minneapolis.

Fabrisha white (Breezy18): and sort of blah sorting clothes behind the register, the other 3 were knowledgeable, hit all the sales points and 1 was even singing down the aisle and that made me feel happy.Otherwise, The only negative thing I have to say is the teething rings at the front door were very dusty, wiping them down and packaging them would help them sell and straightening up the toy area. It just looks visually chaotic with everything thrown up there.Also, shame on anyone who gives them 1 star over the bag ordeal. I saw it on the website, I always CALL ahead if I'm unsure and simply to inquire. Also, Don't smoke around your kids, their stuff or leave it in a garage or smoke in your house and think they are still going to take your belongings. That's just bad parenting and 2 you have a phone to leave a bad review but can't put in 30 seconds of legwork to do research by calling or looking them up.If anything changes I'll update my review.

I wish the location was in a better spot, I haven’t sold anything before but I asked and even read their policies which makes sense so I’m surprised by the bad reviews. People should just read or simply ask the staff is very generous with their patience.
Natalie T.: This is my favorite location to shop. It’s much more organized than Andover and Maple Grove, and they seem to have more clothes out. I’m surprised to see the bad reviews, but those are mostly related to selling. I’ve never had a problem with selling there either, but I’ve always brought my stuff in bins.
Lauren Carlson: If you have time to dig you can find good high quality name brand items. Have had great luck with winter gear too. The toys are all packaged in bags with netting which likely keeps them cleaner but it’s so hard to see the selection/offerings. I feel the toy area is lacking but overall pleased. Dropping off takes maybe 30-45 min and I usually leave with over $50 from a tote!
Matthew Lord: I've sold to this location a number of times and have always had a good experience. I really like their intake process. At some locations you have to fill out this form, but this place just scans your drivers license and uses that to populate the information they need. You do have to wait at this location while they look at your stuff but they usually finish in about 20 minutes so, realistically, that's less of my time than if I were to drive somewhere else and then come back.I do browse the store while waiting to sell my items and they seem to have a good variety of stuff. Their toy area is more plentiful and better organized than some of the other locations I've been to.

Raquel: The selection here is awesome, but the prices are even better! I got some pink velvet booties from here for only $10, when the retail price was $70+, and they are in excellent condition! I usually struggle to find cute shoes that fit, but with their huge shoe wall in the basement, I was able to find just what I was looking for! They also have super stunning designer shoes upstairs that you won't find on consignment anywhere else. Love, love, love!

nmc99g Dotlg: I normally love going here for newborn clothes or clothes I can’t find in store. Like decent pants in the summer that aren’t $20. Or swimsuits that fit my petite child or even clothes that normally I need now but won’t be in season till 3 months out or such. I can get here great cheap books that are almost brand new BUT my one complaint is SOME of the toys. The toys in bags are good condition but my goodness the legos suck. I’m sorry but there are always parts missing. Sure they price 50%-70% lower but it’s not worth it when you buy your kid something let them open it and then half the pieces are missing. My kid loved it so I decided not to return but goodness this made my blood boil. I’d rather purchase them off FB bc at least the people sell for 50% but the pieces are there and if not people are upfront about it. Who ever checks legos needs to do a better job.

I came at night and their sign was totally out, so I drove past it a few times before I realized where it was. Hopefully that will be fixed soon.

After seeing a FB post for 50% off all media I decided I needed finally check out the store. I found $1.99 DVD and an un-priced, unopened season 5 set of ELR. I asked an associate how much she thought it was? She said if the dvd was $1.99 this would probably be $3.99. Bonus! The $1.99 was a 90% off red tag instead of the 50$ off media! "Tell the cashier Michelle said it's $3.99". So for $2.38 out the door I got a used DVD, a brand new set of dvd's!! Coupled w friendly and helpful service! My cashier also gave me a Fequent Shopper card & signed me up for their emails & such. I didn't shop around to see what was 90% off as I figured a lot of items I don't need would have come home with me because... well it's ONLY... ha. Thanks Hidden Treasures..... you stood by your name on my inaugural visit! Looking forward to future treasure hunting! Cheers.

It even has a power strip available to customers to test electronic products. Parking is usually accessible near the establishment. Sometimes can be a little dirty though.

I always donate here rather than Goodwill and feel good about it. During the Holidays, their Christmas selection is amazing!! and the prices are reasonable! After I went to check out a deal on an Uppababy stroller, I wanted to see one in person. I stopped in the store and the two associates were so knowledgeable and friendly! They were able to help me check out all the strollers I had considered, they had the same prices as the online deals, they have exceptional service and a discount on accessories! When I decided on a product I fell in love with, they had the high-end Veer stroller in stock and was able to come home with me that day! I didn’t have to spend time waiting for an online order to emerge! They also told me they could help ensure my future car seat would be installed correctly when purchased through them! That’s a great service! I’ve already sent multiple texts to friends about how great their store is and I think moms-to-be need to check it out! Low sales pressure matched with exceptional service! I called several times and was told I would get a call back with an update. That didn't happen until I left a google review. If you're looking for an update respond to the confirmation email instead. That would have gotten me to the right person faster. Once I did get through to someone who knew what they were doing I got good service and he came up with a solution that worked for both of us.
