The Trylon Cinema: what do users think?

Greg Rush: Enjoy the great Hitchcock movie and popcorn and treats were cheap. Love the comfortable chairs.

Nathan Sullivan: Lovely local theater that shows a great selection of classics and off beat movies.

Freddy Titi Deshalles: Great independant cinema. Lots of good films. Staff and volunteers are awesome.

M Schumacher: Favorite movie theater in town. Eclectic programming that brings me in time and time again like Tape Freaks, Cult Film Collective, Noir series, Hitchcock festival. Volunteers and staff are all super friendly. Good popcorn and beverage selection including Zenn. Seats are comfortable.

Brandy Churchill: Fun small venue for movies! Cash only for concessions and on-site ticket purchases--ATM in the lobby. Doors open 30 minutes before showtime. Tiny parking lot but lots of side streets where there's generally something available. Tasty popcorn, typical canned/bottled drinks and candy, very reasonable prices. The seats are comfortable and have cupholders. Clean space and friendly staff! A little hidden behind the coffee shop, but Google Maps knew exactly where I should go and there were some helpful signs as well. If you preorder your tickets online, you give your name at the concessions table.

Abraham Ziaimehr: Just the best theater and the best staff! Love this place sooooo much! Never leave us!

Cory Zerwas: Friendly staff and great watching experience. Wasn't aware of this gem until a friend invited me out. Will be back for more! Hope they get Brazil back soon - would be awesome to see on the big screen.

Mary Dobish: Great place to watch films on a real screen--films you might not see elsewhere--with film nerds like ourselves. They do a terrific job of curating films both topically, seasonally, and by cast.

Daniel Randolph: Very cool place. I was very pleased to find reasonably priced concessions. Not much parking...but a great place to bike to?

Meng X: An awesome movie theater. $8 general admission. $5 if purchased a membership card. Cash only. ATM available inside. Screen is reasonably sized so sit near the middle of the room. Real highlight is that it plays 35mm film. Also has a digital projector for DCP but colors can’t compare to analog 35mm film quality. Dolby surround stereo installed. My favorite place to watch vintage films on 35mm.

Connor Carroll: A true Minneapolis gem, the Trylon always has a cool and interesting film series on. Love the funny Melvin Van Peebles “no smoking” warning that they show at the start of many movies. The 6-film punchcards are a steal and they never expire!

Landmark's Lagoon Cinema: what do users think?

Zachary Vrieze-Maloney: It is what it is. Support local movie theaters that support independent films.

Valerie Little: I love this neighborhood theatre. They show interesting and fun films, some of which you can't find anywhere else.

Nick: Love this theater. Ticket prices are reasonable especially on Tuesdays. Screen is nicely sized and seating is comfortable enough. Employees working here are cool and friendly! My one gripe is the price of concessions, but every theater seems to have extremely high prices so nothing out of the ordinary. Bathroom is okay.

C Hammerbeck: Came here for the first time for an evening showing of Poor Things here. It's a great little theatre and the people working here were kind. It's nice to have a theatre in Uptown.

Maureen Lauer: Film curation rocks!!

Bethany Wilde: was exceptionally kind and helpful and personable during my show today.

Denise hiknee: Seeing maestro there was an awesome experience. Very powerful. Treats were giod too

Madeline Uren: Fun little movie theatre that plays more obscure showings. Went there for Saltburn and Bottoms. Good prices.

Paolo Iaderosa: Good spot, solid prices

Gustav Bruhl: discount days.
