This place is amazing. If you are a plant lover… succulents and cacti here are amazing. The owner is so knowledgeable and you can pick out your plants, and pots… the pots are made by local artists and the owner will plant them right before your eyes! It would be wonderful if every plant nursery would be like Fractal Cactus. The owner is very knowledgeable. You can tell he is passionate and love his plants. Great customer service. I came in as someone who wasn’t interested in cactus/succulent, and walked out as someone who wants a Lophocereus schottii monstrose in my house. I was offered a cool water bottle on a hot, sunny Saturday afternoon from the owner. This explains why this local shop deserves 5 stars. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

My favorite plant shop in the Twin Cities! I have brought home many cacti from Fractal Cactus over the years. They have an excellent selection—including many oddities and rare plants—and you’re sure to find something you like. The owner typically runs the shop and is extremely knowledgeable.
