What I was most impressed with during our conversations was the concern the team had for providing the highest quality results for their customers. This is accomplished by hiring and supporting the most experienced people they can find, then giving them clear, customer focused, instructions as to how the job must be done. The project managers are involved in the entire process from developing the estimate to conducting the final walk-through with the customer. Michael Markos: We worked with Chris Kolbe at Home Drywall & Painting and couldn't have had a better experience. He was very expert and responded quickly to any of our emails/texts. Our house was built in 1957 and the ceiling had had water damage over the years from ice dams. The ceiling had a plaster texture so just patching would have been noticeable. Also, there were stepped tiers of shallow molding running along the edge of the ceiling. Chris' team did an expert job of stripping off the texture and preserving the molding giving us a beautiful smooth ceiling. And the cost was very reasonable for 340 sq. ft. So, I would highly recommend Chris and team for any plasterwork.

After the project was done he did a walk through to insure that everything had been done properly. And anything that wasn't quite right he made sure he or his workers fixed it. There was only one problem he couldn't fix because it was a subcontractor tiler whose work just wasn't up to par. But, still, he even offered options for us then.

We started our search and found John at United Wall Systems.John immediately responded to our initial request for more information. After a quick discussion, we set up an appointment for him to come to our house. During that meeting, he took time to explain what they would do to bring the house back to life. We really liked the fact that he took his time and answered all of our questions, He did suggest that we change the color to better match the stone on our house. He had many pictures of previous home for us to look at. By the end of the meeting, I think he was just as excited as we were to complete the project.Before, during and even after the project communication was excellent. If we sent an email, it was answered within 24 hours and usually the same day. Phone calls were either answered or responded to quickly as well.The entire crew was professional, respectful and did an amazing job on our stucco project. We only have stucco on the front of the house so the project was completed in about three days. The house looks far better than when the house was first built. I really like the fact that when it gets wet, it does not change color at all. The finish quality exceeded our expectations.John has been doing this for a very long time. M: We have a 100 year old stucco house. It had been painted 40 years ago. Brushed Monkey was recommended to us. They worked with us to select colors for the stucco, and a contrast for the foundation apron. Brought us large color boards so we could really assess different combinations. Front office to experienced painting crew to the owner were very friendly, dependable and professional. Job was completed timely and the house looks awesome. High quality paint should last 20 years.
