I love Mill City Laser! I have recommended to at least 5 of my friends who all also loved their experience. Mari is an incredible human, who makes a semi-uncomfortable process seem both very normal and kind of fun, like chatting with a friend. I have been going for about 5 months and here is my experience; I can’t rave more about Mill City and the employees. First I want to highlight Hannah, when I originally called (called many places around the cities to get information) she was transparent about pricing. No, “lets get you in for a consultation” just gave me the facts and didn’t waste my time. Instant green flag. Second, Ella to me is the dream employee. She is kind, informative, patient, and just over all makes you feel comfortable. She explains how to get best results and really figures out a plan to ensure great results. The membership is amazing and not a common practice which makes Mill City unique. Being able to adjust the amount of time needed each month along with the areas you want to target is in the long run cost effective. Lastly, I want to highlight how cool of a space it is. Its so interesting as we are trying to get rid of unwanted body hair, however the art and décor almost gives you a embrace it feeling. Overall this has been the best place to receive treatment in this long journey and I have gotten great results already.

From start-to-finish, Mill City Laser is top notch. I first went to one of the large hair removal chains at a friend's recommendation, and the hard-sell was such a turn off. For two body parts, the pricing would have been ridiculously high compared to Mill City. Like - THOUSANDS of dollars. They try to sell you on a lifetime guarantee but it just does NOT make financial sense. First I had a consultation with Hannah who answered all my questions and went over the pricing model, and I started treatments with Mari who is just a lovely human being who makes you feel comfortable and taken care of. I wish I hadn't waited so long to start this process and wasted so much money on waxing.
