    Pete L: I have used Paychex for years, yes, my company has always had problems with them. Everything from billing my account wrong, to not running my payroll on time or at all, to sitting on the phone to speak with my Rep and not getting in touch with anyone. However, I'm on my last nerve with them. I sent an email to my Rep on Monday January 8 to have them add health care to box 14 of my W-2. He emailed me back saying it will cost me $200 plus fees and penalties to have this added, apparently, I had until January 5 but I was not informed that there was a deadline. I can no longer give this company the benefit of the doubt. I will find a new payroll company that will do the job they are paid to do. I will never refer this company to anyone and if you are thinking of using this Company DO NOT, run away and don't look back.Update: Now I'm being charged another $150 to amend my return. I was charged over $200 to amend my W-2 and $150 to amend my return. This Company is a scam.Another Update: I changed my review to 5 stars because Debra & Victory reached out and resolved the issue. I am very happy with the results and grateful that they helped me. Thank you!!
